2、ceByYour nameSupervisor: Prof.Date摘 要随着我国社会经济的不断发展和城市化进程的不断加快，城市生活压力与日俱增，城市生态环境急需改善，特别是大城市地区的人们，对农业的多功能发展提出了更高的要求。都市型休闲农业是实现城乡一体化，促进城乡共同繁荣的重要途径与举措，体现了都市型现代农业的产能及服务多样性，是旅游业、农业、服务业及其他相关产业在都市环境下的交点。目前我国的休闲农业仍然处于发展的初级阶段，由于休闲农业的综合性和复杂性，如何有效的推进各模式的健康发展，对于发挥休闲农业在农村经济建设中的作用具有重要意义。鉴于此，本文通过实地调研、案例分析及关键信息人访谈，对
3、郑州市休闲农业经营模式进行了研究，结果表明：（1）郑州市休闲农业发展取得了显著成效。近年来，郑州市委、市政府高度重视休闲农业发展，多次出台了相关文件，强调要大力发展休闲农业。在政策的促使下，郑州各县（市、区）立足本地资源优势，发展地方特色，呈现出异彩纷呈的发展态势，在宣传推介、发展规模、品牌建设等方面取得了显著成效。（2）郑州市休闲农业经营模式主要包括养生度假型、科普教育型、水果采摘型、农家乐型，各种模式体现了各自的特点。（3）郑州市休闲农业不同经营模式面临一些共性问题，主要包括不同经营模式均受季节性影响、各种经营模式从业人员素质亟待提高、经营模式同质化严重、休闲农业基础设施建设不到位、休闲农
4、业建设水平有待提高等。影响休闲农业发展的主要因素包括休闲农业发展与都市发展建设规划没有完全融合统一、政策对休闲农业支持力度较小、要素保障不足影响了各种模式的发展、营销不到位成为各模式发展的重要障碍。（4）针对存在问题和制约因素，本文建议从两个层面着手，一是政府层面，主要解决统筹规划、政策和资金扶持、发展思路等问题；二是经营主体方面，主要解决自身的短板，主要是减少经营同质化、破解乡村旅游季节性困境、加大宣传推介力度、提高休闲农业服务水平等。关键词：休闲农业,经营模式,郑州市ABSTRACTWith the continuous development of social economy and
5、the acceleration of urbanization process in China, the pressure of urban life is increasing day by day. Urban ecological environment needs to be improved urgently. Especially people in big cities put forward higher requirements for the multi-functional development of agriculture. Urban leisure agric
6、ulture is an important way and measure to realize the integration of urban and rural areas and promote the common prosperity of urban and rural areas. It reflects the diversity of production capacity and services of urban modern agriculture, and is the intersection of tourism, agriculture, service i
7、ndustry and other related industries in the urban environment. At present, Chinas leisure agriculture is still in the primary stage of development. Due to the comprehensive and complex nature of leisure agriculture, how to effectively promote the healthy development of various modes is of great sign
8、ificance to play the role of leisure agriculture in rural economic construction. In view of this, through field research, case analysis and interviews with key informants, this paper studies the management mode of leisure agriculture in Zhengzhou. The results show that: (1) The development of leisur
9、e agriculture in Zhengzhou has achieved remarkable results. In recent years, the Zhengzhou Municipal Committee and the municipal government attach great importance to the development of leisure agriculture, and have issued many relevant documents, emphasizing the importance of vigorously developing
10、leisure agriculture. Under the impetus of the policy, Zhengzhou counties (cities and districts) based on the advantages of local resources, developed local characteristics, presented a colorful development trend, and achieved remarkable results in publicity, promotion, scale of development, brand bu
11、ilding and so on. (2) Zhengzhou leisure agriculture business model mainly includes health-preserving and vacation, popular science education, fruit picking and farmhouse entertainment. Each model embodies its own characteristics. (3) The different management modes of leisure agriculture in Zhengzhou
12、 are facing some common problems, including the seasonal influence of different management modes, the urgent need to improve the quality of employees in various management modes, the serious homogenization of management modes, the inadequate construction of infrastructure for leisure agriculture, an
13、d the need to improve the level of leisure agriculture construction. The main factors affecting the development of leisure agriculture include that the development of leisure agriculture and urban development planning are not fully integrated and unified, policy support for leisure agriculture is re
14、latively small, insufficient factor guarantee affects the development of various modes, and inadequate marketing has become an important obstacle to the development of various modes. (4) In view of the existing problems and constraints, this paper proposes to start from two levels: first, the govern
15、ment level, mainly to solve the overall planning, policy and financial support, development ideas and other issues; second, the main body of business, mainly to solve their own shortcomings, mainly to reduce the homogeneity of management, crack the seasonal dilemma of rural tourism, increase publicity and promotion efforts, improve leisure agricultural clothing.
