For the n eed of the asynchron

2、ous motor speed con trol, the desig n uses 89C196 as the con troller, and in troduces the desig ns of hardware and software in details. IntroductionAC asynchronous motor is a higher order, multi-variable, non-linear, and strong coupling object, using the con cept of parameters recon structio n and state recon structio n of moder n con trol theory to achieve decoupli ng betwee n the excitatio n comp onent of the AC motor stator

4、curre nt and the torque comp onent, and the con trol process of AC motor is equivale nt to the con trol process of DC motor, the dyn amic performa nce of AC speed regulati on system obta ining no table improveme nt, thus makes DC speed replaci ng AC speed possible fin ally. The curre nt gover nor of

5、 the higher product ion process has bee n more use of Freque ncy Con trol devices with vector-c on trol.2. Vector ControlWith the criterion of producing consistent rotating magneto motive force, the stator AC curre nti A ,i B ,ic by3S/2S conv ersi on in the three-phase coordi nate system, can be equ

As a result of coord in ate tran sformati on of the current (on behalf of magnetic momentum) space vector, thus, this control system achieved through coord in ate tran sformati on called the vector con trol system, referre

10、d to VC system.eAccording to this idea, could constitute the vector control system that can control r and iq directly, as show n in Figure 1. In the figure a give n and feedback sig nal through the con troller*esimilar to the controller that DC speed control system has used, producing given signal i

11、 qs of the*excitation current and given signal iJs of the armature current, after the anti-rotation transform4*1ee*VR obtaining iqs and ids , obtains iAB,ic by 3S/2S conversion. Adding the three signalscon trolled by curre nt and freque ncy sig nal obta ined by con troller to the in verter con troll

12、ed by curre nt, can output three-phasefreque ncy conv ersi on curre nt that asynchronous motor n eeds for speed.3. The Content and Thought of the DesignThis system uses 80C196 as con troller, con sists of detect ion unit of stator three-phase curre nt unit of keyboard in put, LCD display modules, gi

13、ve n unit of simulatio n speed detect ion unit of stator three-phase voltage, feedback unit of speed and output unit of control signals. System block diagram shown in Figure 2, the system applies 16 bits MCU 80C196 as control core, with some hardware an alog circuits compos ing the vector con trol s

14、ystem of asynchronous motor. On the one hand, 80C196 through the A/D module of 80C196, speed gun and the given speed feedback signals has been obtained, obtaining given torque of saturated limiting through speed regulator, to obtain the given torque current; Use a given function generator to obtain

15、given rotor flux, through observation obtaining real flux, through flux regulation obtaining given excitation current of given stator current, then the excitation current and the torque current synthesis through the K/P transformation, obtaining amplitude and phase stator current, after amplitude of

16、 stator current compared to the testing current , control the size of stator current through current regulator.; on the other hand, the stator current frequency is calculated by the simultaneous conversion rate for the time constant of the control inverter, regularly with timer, through P1,submitting trigger word to complete the trigger of the inverter.4.
