2、 (Note: Procedures can be documented or not) 为进行某项活动或过程所规定的途径（注：程序可以形成文件，也可以不形成文件。） Quality Manual 质量手册 document specifying the quality management system of an organization 规定某组织质量管理体系的文件 Quality Plan 质量计划 document specifying which procedures and associated resources shall be applied by whom and when to a specific project, product, process or contract 应用于特定的项目、产品、过程或合同，规定由谁和什么时候应当采用哪些程序和相关资源的文件，。 Record记录 document stating results achieved or providing evidence of activities performed 阐明所取得的结果或提供所完成的活动的证据的文件。 Specification 规范 document stating requirements 阐明要求的文件。
