2、羁勒相比具有的高可靠性，利用看见的高有效性的方便性等优点，所以应用数字录放系统已经成为了趋势。此系统大多都是采用了单片机控制一个语音芯片，再接一个FLASH存储器的结构。本文介绍了一种基于APR9600语音芯片并应用74LS138进行语音编码的语音录放系统，给出了实现的方案，并对相应的功能模块、电子器件的结构、工作原理作分析和说明。提出了对语音录放系统的要求，同时描述了语音录放系统的工作流程，并编写了相应的系统工作程序。为了提高系统的可行性和灵活性，采用了台湾公司退出的APR9600语音录放芯片为核心部件，配合A/D电路、D/A电路、控制电路和接口电路，实现录音、放音等功能，因此本文所提出的语
