2、ES 程序：Job Summary/ 岗位概述To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all mechanical system which include domestic cold hot water supply system, water sprinkler hydrant system, sewage discharge system, plumbing, laundry plant and kitc
3、hen equipment etc, in a productive and cost effective manner so as to maintain the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.机械工要及时进展维修，安装，预防维护以及日常机械系统运转情况，包括饭店内冷水和热水供给系统，喷淋和消防系统，排水系统，管道系统，洗衣房设备和厨房设备等运转情况，保持设备在高效和经济的运转状态Duties Responsibilities/职责义务1. To execute all works assigned in accordanc
4、e with the guideline and polices and procedures , especially in relation to fire and life safety.按照酒店指导原则，规定和标准程序开展工作，特别要留意与防火和人身平安有关的工程。2. To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturers recommendations.开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和消费商建议维修设备。3. To p
5、erform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作：4. To familiar with all the mechanical systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement理解饭店设备系统以及设备的运转要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备5. To attend on the job training
6、进展在岗培训。6. To practice GSS during course of duty 在工作中执行顾客满意标准。7 To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.对客人要求和投诉及时做出反响防止造成客人不便或不安8 To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement在节能方面进展制造和提出合理改良建议9 To
7、perform all other duties as may be assigned by Chief Engineer, Asst. Chief Engineer执行总工程师，副总工程师安排的其它工作10 To assist the other trades where is requested必要时协助工程部其他工种组工作11 To inspect all mechanical systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficien
8、cy, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturing r

10、和毛病停机和依照消费手册要求高效运转12 To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁13 To perform shift and overtime duties when necessary.开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作14 To perform daily water treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation按照水处理专家的意见处理饭店用水

Good knowledge and hand on skills of mechanica
12、l system operation, repair and maintenance.良好机械工程知识和全面掌握设备运转，维修和维护技能2. Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of laundry plant, kitchen equipment, pump, etc 全面掌握洗衣房，厨房设备知识及水泵维护技能3 Knowledge of water treatment testing / analysis掌握水处理测试/分析知识4 Good knowledge of steam and town gas全面掌握蒸汽和城镇供气系统知识E
13、ducation/教育: Technical vocational institute training in general mechanical repairs maintenance. 正规机械职业学校毕业，专业掌握机械维修和维护知识。Experience/经历: Min.3 years working experience in mechanical system preferably with hospitality industry. 至少3年机械维修经历。Additional Skill required/其它技能要求: Skill of lathe machine, shearing machine operation. 可以使用车床和刨床Skill of diesel oil generator maintenance. 可以维护柴油机Skill of electrical gas welding will be advantage. 明白电焊工作知识者优先Skill of pipe work installation. 管道安装技术
