2、olicy of the hotel that the Banquet Casual Labour policy shall be strictly adhered to. 严格遵守酒店关于宴会临时工的政策。Policy1. All casual labor must follow the Hotels policies and procedures.所有聘用的临时工必须遵守酒店的政策与程序。2. All F&B casual servers must attend a minimum of 20 hours practical service training conducted by th

3、e banquet department before serving any guests.所有餐饮临时服务员在开始服务客人前必须接受至少20小时的实际服务培训。3. The banquet manager / outlet manager must apply and obtain approval for the number of casual labour first, then apply for cash through the advance approved application of the required head count before the event.宴会经

4、理及餐厅经理必须首先申请并获批准招募临时人手的数量,然后在宴会活动前提前申请所需人数的现金。4. The general cashier will only issue cash for the approved application with an approximate required amount to the manager, who will pay the staff after the event.总出纳将给经理发放所批人数所需现金,由经理在宴会活动结束后向有关员工发放。5.
