And, it would have also been impossible for Archimedes to be bold enough to say, “Give me a level and a spot, I can move the eart

4、h” before commanding a solid knowledge of astronomy, physics and mathematics. Someone may say, the modern society is rapidly-developing, and life is like a race. We need to learn run first while there is no need wasting time on slow walking. Is it true? It is likely that those who learn to run first

5、 can save more time in the short term; however, without a basic ability of walking, the ones that run the fastest are also the ones that might take the biggest tumbles. The famous scholar LaoZi once said, a journey of a thousand miles begins with the single step. Yes, a seed needs its fixed time to

Or, do we know that the teacher in his primary school said that he was stupid to learn? This may seem a little unbelievable, but theyre true. He didnt have many years to study in s

9、chool, yet his achievements were far greater than any of us whore talking about him. Why? The positive attitude he had! Edisons example shows us the attitude is of vital importance for us to succeed. A good, positive attitude can lead us to success; on the contrary, a bad, negative attitude can only

10、 make us to fail ultimately. I would like to tell you about one of my stories, which involves negative attitudes. In my second year of junior high school, I suddenly lost the interest to study. In my eyes, studying is a mere task, demanding and time-costing. It was much more comfortable to play comp

11、uter games than doing work. Sometimes I copied others homework; my mind wandered around in class. You may guess the result: its a tragedy. I wasnt stupid that time; nor was I bad. But the lack of a good attitude worsens the situation. Another example I want to mention here is about Chinese soccer. I

12、 dont think our players are not suitable for playing soccer. What they lack is a good attitude. They may lose games, they may face criticism too often, and they may have a bad history. All these are acceptable, because, who dont make mistakes? Which player never loses a game? But I think they should

13、 be positive about themselves, thus training harder and more efficiently. By doing this, I believe our team will win against other countries teams. Its not your skills which makes you succeed; nor is your intelligence, or other things. Its your attitude. 3.is money equal to success no. it is narrow-

14、minded to measuresuccess in monetary terms.here are a lot of outstanding people in the world who are not so rich,and many of them even live in poverty. Marx(马克思), a well known philosopher, who could not afford to buy a stamp, brought huge changes to the world. Though they didn?t have money, they possess success. So we can see success is not

16、determined by money. we can not say that they are not successful men because they have no money.even the modern financiers only use money as a kind of symble to manage finance,a kind of foundation of their ing money to weight weather someone is successful or not is vulgar.
