精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上 防爆墙施工方案 Blast Wall Construction Proposal防爆墙体基础为条形基础，-0.2以下到条形基础表面是800厚的剪力墙其施工方案如下The foundation of blast wall is strip foundation, and below -0.2 to the strip foundation surface is 800 thick shear wall.Construction Proposal as follows:一、施工准备Construction preparation (一)作业条件Construction condition1、已办完模板及施工缝的预检手续Completing the procedure of formwork and construction joints prechecking2、检查模板下口、洞口及角模处拼接，大面模板拼接处是否严密，加固是否可靠，各种连接件及支撑是否牢固Check the formwork end openings ，entrances and joining together places，whether the joining together places of big formworks are tight and stably fastened, and whether the fittings and supports are solid.3、墙体钢筋应有可靠的定位与混凝土保护层措施。
Wall rebar should be reliable positioning and the protective layer of concrete .4、施工缝处提前湿润The construction joints should be humid in advance .5、现场工长已对班组长交底，明确混凝土浇筑顺序，以及结合浆的数量The site foremen are responsible to group leaders,and clear understand the concrete pouring sequence and the amount of combined slurry.6、砼浇灌申请已由现场工长填写完毕，并经施工单位技术负责人签字确认The concrete pouring application has been completed by the site foremen and confirmed by the signature of the person in charge of the construction unit.7、已经做好施工前应具备的电力、机械及通讯、人员等的准备Good preparation has been made,such as electrical,mechanical and communications personnel,before construction .(二)材质要求Material requirement1、水泥：水泥品种、强度等级应根据要求确定，质量符合现行水泥标准要求。
工期紧时可做水泥快测必要时要求厂家提供水泥含碱量的报告Cement:the type ,strength,grade ,etc, shall be in accordance with the requirement.The quality shall be in line with the current cement standard .If the schedule is tight, we can do a fast cement test. If necessary, we can ask the manufacturer for providing the cement alkalinity test report.2、 砂、石子：根据结构尺寸、钢筋密度、砼施工工艺、砼强度等级的要求确定石子粒径、砂子细度砂、石质量符合现行标准必要时做骨料碱活性试验 Sand,gravel:determine the gravel particle size , sand fineness according to the requirement of structure size，rebar density，concrete processing，concrete strength grade etc. The quality of sand and gravel shall be in line with the current standard.If necessary,aggregate alkali activity tests shall be done.3、 水：自来水或不含有害物质的洁净水。
Water:tap water or water without harmful substance.4、 外加剂：根据施工组织设计要求，采用NC-P3流化膨胀剂外加剂必须经试验合格后，方可在工程上使用 Additive:according to the construction organization design requirements,we shall use fluid expansion agent of the PNC-3. The Additive can use in construction after passing the test.5、掺合料：根据施工组织设计要求，确定是否采用掺合料，质量符合现行标准要求必要时要求厂家提供含碱量的报告Admixture:determining whether the admixture is used according to the construction organization design requirements. The quality shall be in line with the current standard.If necessary, we can ask the manufacturer for providing the alkalinity test report.6、 钢筋：钢筋的级别、规格必须符合设计要求，质量符合现行标准要求。
外观检查表面无老锈和油污Rebar: the grades and specifications must meet the design requirements and the current standard.Visual inspection of the rebar surface shall be without old rust and oil.7、脱模剂：水质隔模剂Parting agent: water isolating agent (三)工器具Tools and instruments混凝土搅拌、输送设备、一般需固定式砼泵、插入式振捣器(Φ50，有效振捣长度375mm)、灰槽、溜槽、铁锹、半截水桶、泵管、布料杆等Concrete mixing , transportation equipment , which normally takes stationary concrete pump ,immersion vibrator(Φ50, effective vibrating length of 375mm ) , ashveyor, chute , spades , half a bucket , pump tubes , placing booms ,etc.二、质量要求Quality requirement注：砼施工过程具体要严格控制砼浇筑质量。
Note: Concrete construction process shall be strictly control the concrete pouring Quality .三、工艺流程Process procedure 本工艺按商品砼考虑：浇结合砂浆——砼浇筑、振捣——拆模及养护Take the process as commercial concrete : pouring binding mortar - concrete pouring , vibrators - formwork removal and conservation..4、 操作工艺Operation process5、 (一)先根据浇筑段墙体轴线长度和墙厚计算出的方量，搅拌与混凝土同配比的无石子砂浆，盛放在灰槽之中(一次不宜搅拌太多若自拌混凝土，可随用随拌；若预拌混凝土，可根据浇筑量分阶段要结合砂浆)然后浇筑在底部接槎处约10cm厚，用铁锹均匀入模，不得用泵管直接灌入模内，入模应根据墙体混凝土浇筑顺序进行(应根据现场隋况确定混凝土浇筑顺序)，随浇筑砂浆随浇筑混凝土，禁止一次将一段全部浇筑，以免砂浆凝结。
Firstly, count the square amount ，according to the pouring wall axis length and wall thickness.Mix the non-gravel mortar which has the same ratio with concrete and put it into ashveyor(Dont mix too much at one time.If its self-mixing concrete,it can be mixed while used;if its pre-mixing concrete, it can be mixed with mortar according to the pouring amount in different phrases).Then pour it to the bottom contact point about 10cm , put it into mold evenly with spade and put it into mold directly with pump pipe is not allowed. Molding shall be in accordance the sequence of concrete pouring(The sequence of concrete pouring shall be determined according to the site situation.)In order to avoid mortar condensing, mortar pouring shall follow the concrete pouring and pouring a whole part at one time is not allowed.(2) 浇筑时，要将泵管中砼喷射在溜槽内，由溜槽入模。
注意随时用布料尺杆丈量砼浇筑厚度，分层厚度为振捣棒作用有效高度的1.25倍(一般Φ50振捣棒作用有效高度为470mm)，墙体要连续浇筑，严格按照墙体混凝土浇筑顺序图的要求按顺序分层浇筑、振捣砼下料点应分三点布置在砼接槎处应振捣密实，浇筑时随时清理落地灰While pouring,the concrete in pump pip。
