1、&重点短语和句型二、短语1. refer to (1) 描述；与相关；涉及例：This paragraph refers to the events of last week. 这一段说的是上周发生的事情。What I will say refers to all of you. 我要说的话关系到你们所有人。（2）谈到，提及，说起（=speak of）例： They know what she is referring to. 他们知道她说的是谁。 The book referred to by the expert can help you find what is causing pres
