12、、林业、建筑业、运输业、航空航天业、渔业、炊事业等各领域也得到了极为广泛的应用。机械从最终的应用目的来讲，是一种为了代替人的劳动的装置。在生产中，它具有许多人不能具有的优点，例如，劳动生产率高、不易疲劳，生产精度高、误差小，具有相当的灵敏度，耐用，可靠度等。虽然机械拥有这些优点，但是它的缺点还是有的。比如，机械过载运转导致其使用寿命降低，设备在便应力状态下发生的疲劳损坏等。这些情况时常发生在机器设备集中的工厂内，这些加工设备成本一般非常高，如果发生故障是必会对工厂发生损失，甚至会影响工厂的发展。在这种情况下，机器损坏险便油然而生。1.2本课题研究的目的与意义机器损坏险专门承保各种工厂、矿山安装
13、完毕并已转入运行、且在国家规定使用期限内的机器设备及其配套设施。我国不少保险公司针对机器损坏开发了许多相应的险种。此次毕业设计根据本身所学的知识对加工车间存在的危险因素进行分析指出存在的问题，提出改进措施，最后设计一套有针对性的保险方案。2沈阳东北电力调节技术有限公司机加工车间危险分析2.1沈阳东北电力调节技术有限公司简介沈阳东北电力调节技术有限公司是从事液压气动控制、机电一体化、自动化控制工程及相关产品研发和制造的高新技术企业，而且具有自营进出口权力，并通过ISO9001-2000质量体系认证。2002年8月，公司入选辽宁省腾龙计划企业，并被辽宁省经贸委授权为辽宁省液压技术服务中心。2004
