1、 南京师范大学硕士学位论文长三角主要中心城市对外经济联系分析姓名：姜海宁申请学位级别：硕士专业：地理学;人文地理学指导教师：陆玉麒2009-05-05 摘要在经济全球化与区域一体化进程不断加快的背景下，城市群内部各城市之间、城市群与群外区域之间的联系日益加深，人流、物流、资金流等不停地快速流动与碰撞，推动了城市群社会经济的发展及其空间结构的演变。目前，地理学对于区域特性和差异的研究已经非常深入，而对区域经济联系的研究，尤其是对城市群经济联系的研究尚显不足。因此，本文以功能联系与空间联系作为切入点，运用区域经济地理学、城市地理学和区域经济学等相关学科的理论与方法，对长三角主要中心城市对外经济联系
2、进行了较为深入的分析与探讨。本文从城市流理论出发，通过对城市流强度和城市流强度结构的测算与分析，研究长三角中心城市对外扩散能力中可以得出：今后除了继续提高其综合服务能力，更为紧迫的任务是需要增强城市的总体实力，城市经济总体实力低导致长三角中心城市对外扩散能力不强的真正原因，这应该重点进行产业结构的调整与升级和加大交通的投资力度，发挥自身优势，提高城市对外扩散能力和发展动力。依照引力模型测算出的经济联系强度，有助于确定城市之间经济联系的强弱，把握经济联系网络的空间分布特征，确定城市群城市内外经济联系的主要方向。长三角主要中心城市对外经济联系不断增强，区域差异明显，并且表现出按照一定的轴线发生联系
3、，这种轴线的方向和路径具有一定规律性；上海对长三角中心城市的经济联系强度大，并呈现距离衰减规律，形成圈层结构分异；苏锡常经济圈内部经济联系紧密，南京和杭州对外跨省域经济影响较弱，中心地位亟待增强；交通是宁波对外经济联系的最主要障碍。总之，长三角主要中心城市经济发展水平是其对外经济联系的根本条件，而加快交通建设，特别是高速公路的建设，是加快经济发展的关键，也是加强区域间经济联系的主要手段之一，当然这还与距离、行政区划和历史等因素有关。结合经济联系强度与地缘经济关系两种模型来定量分析上海与江浙皖以及全国主要中心城市的经济联系、地缘经济关系及其匹配关系，结果表明：上海与长三角和皖南等经济较发达城市经
4、济联系紧密，但其竞争性也很强，与苏北、浙西南以及皖北等经济相对薄弱城市经济联系较弱，但其互补性很强；上海与环渤海经济圈主要经济发达城市经济联系和竞争关系均很强，与中西部和东北主要城市经济联系相对较弱，主要以互补关系为主，而与西北和西南城市经济联系一般很弱，竞争关系较强或有一定竞争关系。本文共分为六章，第一、二章介绍了研究的背景、意义、方法、框架，并回顾了前人的研究成果，第三章分析长三角中心城市对外功能联系，第四章分析长三角中心城市对外空间联系，并单独研究上海对外空间经济联系与地缘经济关系的匹配分析，第五章在上述分析的基础上，探讨长三角中心城市对外经济联系存在问题及对策，第六章对全文做了总结。关
5、键词：长三角；中心城市；经济联系；地缘经济关系III AbstractWith the development of economic globalization and regional integration process, the contactbetween the cities within Urban Agglomeration, or between the urban agglomeration and theexterior zone of the urban agglomeration, is becoming deeper and deeper. The stream
6、of people,flow of materials, flow of funds and so on is flowing and colliding ceaselessly, which promotesthe citys socio-economic development groups and the evolution of spatial structure. At present,the author has made much intensive study about regional characteristics and differences. However,the
7、 research of regional economic links is lack of research, especially for the economic relation ofurban agglomeration. Therefore, this paper takes functional linkage and spatial association as anentry point. Then the use of theories and methods of some subjects, such as the regional economicgeography
8、, urban geography and regional economics and so on, is to give a profound analysis ofthe foreign economic contact about the important central cities of the Yangtze River Delta.This paper proceeds from the urban flow theory. Through the measurement and analysis ofurban flows Intensity and Structures,
9、 the author do some research in foreign diffusivity of theYangtze River Delta, and come to the conclusion that not only the comprehensive serviceability ispromoted continuously, but also the overall strength of the cities should be strengthened urgently.The real reason why the foreign diffusivity of
10、 the Yangtze River Delta is not powerful is that theoverall strength of the central cities is low. We should focus on the industrial structure adjustmentand upgrading , and increasing investment in transportation to play their own advantages andenhance the external driving force and foreign diffusiv
11、ity of the cities .In accordance with the gravity model，the author figure out the economic contact intensity,which will help to determine the intensity of economic relation among cities, to grasp thecharacteristics of the spatial distribution of the economic contact network, to determine the maindir
12、ection of the inside and outside economic contact of urban agglomeration. It is found out thatthe foreign economic contacts intensity of important central cities in the Yangtze River Delta isbecoming higher and higher, and the difference between them is larger and larger, which indicatethat the dire
13、ction and route of the contact axes is regular and accord with the foreign economiccontact intensity；The foreign economic contact intensity of Shanghai is powerful and follow therules of distance decay, which leads to a regional layered spatial structure. The inner economiccontact intensity of Suzho
14、u-Wuxi-Changzhou economic circle is very close. The foreign economiccontact intensity of Nanjing and Hangzhou is not very powerful, and its central status should beboosted as soon as possible. Transportation is the uppermost obstacle to weaken the foreigneconomic contact intensity of Ningbo. In a wo
15、rd, as to the foreign economic contact intensity, theeconomic level of the important central cities in the Yangtze River Delta is the essentialqualification. Improving the condition of transportation, especially the freeway construction, is thecritical factor to improve the development of economy, and also the one of leading methods toIV strengthen the economic contact intensity between regions.
