1、第十五单元 国际商务合同翻译,国际商务合同翻译,本章概要,商务合同是自然人或法人为实现一定的商务目的，按照法律程序达成的规定相互权利和义务的契约。它对签约双方都具有法律约束力。由于此类合同具有涉外交易性质，因此通常采用中英文书面形式。商务合同通常采用合同书或者书面合同形式。合同书的种类很多，有行业协会等制定的示范性合同文本，通行的某种行业的标准文本，也有营业者提供的由营业者制订的格式合同文本，还有双方当事人自己签订的合同文本。合同也可以平信、邮政快件、挂号信以及特快专递等多种形式订立。电报、电传、传真也属于书面形式，在国际贸易或者国际商务活动中，大量的合同通过这三种形式订立。无论采用何种书面形
