1、中文摘要荀子是先秦时期诸子思想的集大成者。作为一个生活在封建统一时代即将来临的人物，荀子站在历史的高度对他以前的各个思想家的理论进行了批判和吸收，建构了综合百家的理论体系。荀子为了达到“明分使群”的治国安邦的要求，提出以隆礼重法为核心，以王霸兼用为手段，最终达到去乱的目的。本文立足于荀子的“性恶论”，以“礼”与“义”为核心，对荀子“明分使群”管理观做了系统、动态的分析。本文共由三个部分组成:第一章，“明分使群”管理观的形成。介绍了春秋战国的时代背景，荀子及其理论特色。在这一时期，社会经历着极度剧烈的变革。列国争雄导致了旧有的礼乐制度的瓦解，传统的社会调节体系发生着剧烈的转换。荀子就生活在这样的
2、年代。随着政治上走向大一统的历史大势，创立与之相应的具有统一的价值理念和社会规范的文化思想系统，成为当时的当务之急。这时，荀子登上了历史舞台。第二章，是“明分使群”的管理观的意蕴。介绍荀子的思想，必先从他的性恶论谈起。在荀子看来，性、情、欲本质是一样的，是一个东西的三个名称。在这里，性有三重含义，一是自然界所赋予的自然而然的存在；二是天生具有的原始的物质感官能力；三是经验层次的、能够直接被人们所把握的欲望。本章从介绍“明分使群”的隆礼管理模式入手，到“明分使群”的重法管理手段，将“隆礼”与“重法”紧密地结合起来，进而提出“明分使群”管理的主体圣人，最后到“明分使群”的求治去乱理想，系统介绍了荀
3、子“明分使群”的管理观。第三章，荀子“明分使群”管理观的人文价值。在新的历史时期条件下，如何将我国古代传统智慧的精髓与现实相结合，是时下人们关心的课题。如何将荀子的“明分使群”管理思想运用于现代社会？本章力图对“明分使群”的管理观所蕴含的真知灼见进行恰当合理的转换，以使其思想精华有利于我国和谐社会各方面的建设。特别是“明分使群”管理观的人文价值在哪里？都将在这一章中得到答案。本文的创新之处在于：梳理和剖析了“明分使群”的管理观在荀子思想体系中的核心与经脉的地位与作用。本文不是着眼于发现和收集荀子思想中孤立、现成的思想要素，而是借鉴结构主义的方法，透过荀子思想的语义的表层，深入到其深层结构中发掘
4、内在的逻辑脉络、运思方法及其所蕴示的潜在发展趋势；同时借鉴哲学解释学法，不是将这种趋向看成现成存在的既有事实，而是力求通过创造性的解释导引、生成出来，在具体方式上则体现为着力发掘并抓住荀子思想内部所存在矛盾加以剖析、拓展和进一步推进，从而导引出解释者所期望的发展趋向。荀子思想博大精深，本人才疏学浅，管窥一二。本文在对荀子“明分使群”管理观2论述中，与西方管理思想结合的较少，在对“群”与“分”关系的论述中，还显粗糙，还请专家、学者批评指正。关键词：荀子，人性论，明分使群，管理观3AbstractXun Zi, the pre-Qin period are a combination of dif
