12、 能 在這壹個片區成爲壹種引領，成爲新的市場指標 成爲大亞灣房地産建設的標准拉升的新動力。建築設計： 整個項目充分考慮項目用地特點， 緊密結合地塊周邊的自然環境、城市基礎設施、 交通狀況以及城市氣候特點等因素。以極具現代 感的建築風格、棕榈園與海洋文化相融合的亞熱 帶風情園林，爲住戶提供壹個高素質的居住休閑 空間。建築總體上呈U型布局，圍合朝向東面大 海，環抱小區內約30000的中央花園，會所、 小劇場、室內恒溫泳池、以及露天園林泳池等配 套設施壹應俱全。園林景觀設計：規劃通過建築的布局形成大型中 央花園，同時通過景觀設計解決場地中地下車 庫、入口廣場與中央花園的高差問題，豐富景觀 的層次，提高了綠化景觀的觀賞性。例如主入口 及次入口景觀平台的設計，將7米的高差通過景 觀平台分解爲三個景觀層面，既提高了舒適性， 也加強了景觀的趣味性和觀賞性。设计拓展效果图效果图实景图实景图设计拓展设计拓展
