3、物汤合失笑散治疗 20 例。疗程为 3 个月。观察患者治疗前后月经情况、伴随症状，不同证型与性激素间的相关性，并观察其相关性激素治疗前后的变化；根据尼莫地平计算公式判定疗效以及临床疗效。 结果结果: :综合治疗结果为：90例患者，痊愈18例，显效21例，有效39例，无效12例，总有效率达86.7%；其中虚热型、气虚型、湿热型、血瘀型患者有效率分别为91.4%、90%、80%、75%。各项症状治疗前治疗后积分比较,（P0.05） 。 结论结论: :中医辨证分型治疗经期延长取得较好的疗效。 虚热型与FSH表达正相关，气虚型与LH表达负相关，因此FSH和LH可作为判定中医辨证分型中虚热型和气虚型的参

According to patients with type TCM, 90 patients were divided into 4 types: (1) Qi-deficiency type: Appropriate air ejection, solid blunt regulate the menstrual function, with raise yuan fried. (2) Heat type: Appropriate for
6、yin heat stop bleeding, with dual decoction and erzhi pill. (3) Damp-heat type: Appropriate for dispelling damp, removing stasis, with yin bao fry four wonderful scattered. (4) Blood stagnation: Appropriate for activate blood bleeding, with peach siwu decoction and heart away. Treatment for 3 months
7、, to assess and evaluate the clinical presentations before and after treatment, comparing the results of treatment in menstruation and associated symptoms.And the different type of syndrome and the correlation between sex hormone were analyzed. 8、la of nim horizon. Results: (1) The study looked at cases total effective rate of 86.7%, menstruation were significantly improved in patients before and after treatment. (2) This study investigated the cases and Hot type, qi type, blood stasis, damp-heat treated patients were 91.4% efficiency, 90%,
9、80%, 75%. All the symptoms integral were compared with before and after treatment, the changes were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine to treat menstrual extension curative effect is reliable. The effect of TCM treatment may be used as one of the effective me
10、thods of treatment of western medicine ovulation menstrual disorder. FSH and LH may be used as objective indicator in determination of Damp-heat type and Qi-deficiency type in traditional chinese medicine.
