1、合肥工业大学硕士学位论文阜阳医药产业发展策略研究姓名：郑国锋申请学位级别：硕士专业：公共管理硕士指导教师：谢武2011-033阜阳医药产业发展策略研究阜阳医药产业发展策略研究 摘摘 要要 通过文献调研和检索发现，目前对于阜阳市医药产业发展策略的学术论文还不是很多，也还不是很成熟。本文试图通过一定的调查、归纳研究，分析阜阳市发展医药产业的现状和所具有的条件，发现进一步发展所面临的问题并提出相应对策，以期对阜阳医药产业发展提供一定的参考作用。 本文属于理论与实证相结合的研究类论文。通过系统地分析了当前我国医药产业和安徽省医药产业的发展现状和发展趋势，运用 SWOT 分析法对合肥、芜湖、蚌埠、淮南、
2、亳州以及阜阳医药产业现状和发展优势做了比较分析，发现了阜阳市发展医药产业拥有的先决条件和存在的主要问题，并最终提出了发展阜阳市医药产业的策略和措施。 随着我国经济的快速发展，人民生活水平的提高，以及全民基本医疗保险制度的实行，人们对医药的需求将不断增加，医药产业将得到更快速的发展。阜阳市医药产业是伴随着我国医药产业的持续发展，整体水平在不断地提高。目前阜阳已经建立起来一个初具规模、技术较先进、质量较稳定、规格较完备、实力较雄厚的医药工业体系。阜阳市作为全国、全省重要的药品集散地和药品流通大市， 有安徽华源医药股份有限公司等一批在全国知名度较高的医药企业，其规模和水平不仅代表着阜阳市医药经济发展
3、的整体水平，也代表了安徽省医药经济发展的整体水平，同时也影响着安徽省经济的发展。 本文充分认识阜阳市医药产业的发展现状，研究制定新时期医药产业发展战略，确定优先发展重点，并找出切实有效的解决现实问题的办法，这不仅可以促进阜阳市医药产业整体水平的提高，还对促进安徽省医药产业更好更快更健康的发展，具有重要的现实意义和经济意义。 关键词：关键词：阜阳；医药产业；策略；SWOT； 4Research on the Development Strategy of Medical Industry in Fuyang ABSTRACT Through investigation and research

5、ound the problems faced by further development and corresponding measures,hope to provide some reference role for the development strategy of medical industry in Fuyang. This paper belongs to theory and empirical adjoined research-paper.This thesis analyzes systematically the status-quo and future t
6、rend of the national medical industry as well as that in Anhui province, employing the methodology of SWOT with compared city analysis of Hehei, Wuhu, Bengbu, Huainan and Bozhou. In this way, the specific advantages and existing problems in Fuyang medical industry come into surface. Besides, the aut
7、hor comes out with certain strategies and measures to help developing the situation ultimately. Due to the rapid economic development nationwide plus the improvement of peoples living standard and the execution of Basic National Medical System, people calls for a higher demand in medicine which will

Presently, Fuyang has built such a medical industrial system boasts for its scaled framework, fairly advanced technology, stabilized quality, overall
9、specification and its attracting merits. Fuyang serves as an exchanging market for medical products as well as the location of well-known medical enterprises like Anhui Huayuan Medical Co. Ltd, so the citys medical development represents not only the city image but also Anhui provinces overall medic
10、al development in a way, while at the same time with the same extent reaches to the economic development. This paper having a fully analysis and understanding about the present medical condition in Fuyang city and working out the new-age medical industry strategy, major development points and settli

Because it matches the nations economic structure adjustment and update, and can surly improve the overall medical levels thus realizes its practical and economic meaning in the course of boosting Anhui medical industry.
