1、武汉理工大学硕 ：学位论文中文摘要随着知识经济时代的到来，市场竞争的动念化、全球化趋势使得战略伙伴在企q p 获取竞争优势过程中显示出越来越重要的作用，供应链管理由于具有快速响应市场要求，柔性高、成本低等优势，受到企、I k 界和理论界的重视。市场上不同企q k 的同类产品之间的差别越来越小，行业内存在明鼹的技术优势的企业也越柬越少，从而导致现代市场的竞争已不仅仅是企、l k 与= i l = = 业之叫的竞争，更是企业所在的供应链之州的抗衡。为了在这利，“抗衡”中取得先机，竞争的双方无不例外地新建或改造自己的“铠甲”一一供应链风险预警体系，该体系在供应链竞争中起着保驾护航的作用。因此，供应链
2、风险预警体系的研究意义重大。本论文旨在建立。个供应链风险预警体系。该预警体系满足以卜| 要求：1 、在战略层上适应市场动念化、全球化的发展趋势，即系统具有高的町视性和易于访问的实时信息能力，极大提高供应链执行决策的预见性。2 、在战术层上适应信息技术发展进程，即包括供应链流程监控管理和事件应急处理管理的能力。3 、在操作层上具体实用、可操作性强，即包括供应链上各宵点的风险评价指标以及可供评价并能运行的模型。奉论文以系统原理为基础，以系统工程的方法为工具，以供应链J x L 险为研究对象，以J x L 险预警理论为主线，系统、全面地对供应链风险预警体系进行研究。本论文分为六个部分：l 、通过选题
3、目的，论述供应链风险预警体系研究的必要性和霞要性，介绍豳内外供应链风险预警体系研究状况。2 、简要介绍风险、供应链管理的基本概念以及供应链风险预警的基本理论，为系统分析和构建供应链风险预警体系奠定理论基础。3 、通过对供应链风险的系统分析，分析了供应链风险产生的外部和内部因素，以及山十这些因素向产生的供应链各种危机的警情，为建立供应链风险预警体系打下峰实的基础。4 、详细设计供应链风险预警体系基本结构及流程，重点阐述供应链风险预警体系中两个核心部分，即供应链J x L 险预警指标体系和供应链风险预警系统。武汉理一r 大学硕1j 学位沦文5 、通过比较，选择人工神经网络作为建模方法，建立：基J
