1、南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 i 摘 要 在企业集群成为世界经济发展的重要组织形式的今天，中国的集群也取得了长足的进步，但也存在着不少问题，主要是缺乏核心能力，在全球化的经济浪潮中缺少竞争优势，不能在国际竞争中获得优厚的回报，从而不能实现集群的可持续发展。鉴于此，本文深入挖掘集群核心能力的来源与本质，研究集群知识系统的运动，分析集群核心能力的形成机理及其主要的影响因素，构建集群核心能力的培育体系，以提升我国集群在国际上的竞争优势。 为了达到上述研究目的，本文以集群核心能力观点的述评为研究的切入点，旨在说明集群核心能力是什么。我们认为集群核心能力是双重性的，是微观层面企业核心能力和中观层面集群核
2、心能力的整合。通过剖析集群知识系统的要素体系和能力体系，发现企业层核心能力和集群层核心能力具有二维性，皆是构架知识及其创新能力的统一。接着，我们解析了集群知识系统的运动模式，指出知识系统中存在着外部知识内化、内部知识溢出这两种知识活动。进一步地，本文阐述了集群层构架知识的共享和集群知识吸收能力是集群核心能力形成的主要原因，基于知识共享的价值创造是集群核心能力的形成机制。然后，我们分析了影响集群核心能力的各种要素，包括知识-能力、技术-经济和社会-文化三个维度。上地信息产业基地的案例凸显了社会资本对集群核心能力的重要作用。最后，我们根据前文的研究提出了具有现实指导意义的集群核心能力的培育对策。
3、本论文是基于知识系统工程的研究，对集群知识系统充分而深入的解析使我们对集群核心能力有了一个明确而清晰的理解，同时也表明本文在理论研究方面是有一定深度的。 关键词：关键词：企业集群，知识系统，知识创新，核心能力，竞争优势 基于知识系统工程的企业集群核心能力培育 iiABSTRACT Today, clusters are important organizations for the world economic growth. Chinese clusters have also made quite great progress. However, there are many proble

The most serious problem is that clusters are lack of core competence and short of competitive advantages in global economy competitions, so clusters in China can not gain more benefit in the world market, and can not achieve sustainable development. Because of these reasons above, my thes
5、is focuses on essence and source of core competence in clusters. Then, we study movements of cluster knowledge system, analyze mechanism of forming the clusters core competence and their main influencing factors. At last, we put forward countermeasures which could upgrade our country clusters core c
6、ompetence in the international market. For reaching the study purposes，we research on cluster core competence viewpoints at first, for explaining that what the cluster core competence is. We think that the cluster core competence is a dualism which is composed of enterprise tier core competence and
7、cluster tier core competence. Secondly, we analyze the element system and competence system via dissecting the cluster knowledge system, and find the core competence of cluster tier and firm tier are two-dimensional, which is composed of architectural knowledge and its innovation ability. Thirdly, w
8、e describe the motion patterns of cluster knowledge system, and point out that it has two kinds of movements including exterior knowledge internalizes firms and clusters, and interior knowledge spills over from firms to cluster. Fourthly, we address that shared architectural knowledge and knowledge
9、assimilated ability of cluster are the causes of shaping cluster core competence, and the value creation which bases on shared knowledge is the mechanism why cluster core competence forms. Further, we discuss the influence factors of cluster core competence which can be concluded three-dimensional:
10、knowledge-ability dimensionality, technical- economy dimensionality and society-culture dimensionality. And we emphasize the importance of social capital to cluster core competence by studying case of ShangDi information technology industry cluster. Finally, we put forward cultivation countermeasure
11、s to cluster core competence. That can make significant guidance to Chinese clusters. The thesis bases on the theory of knowledge system engineering. Form that, we get a clear and definite understanding about cluster core competence thorough analyzing cluster knowledge system fully and deeply. That
