3、市公司定期公布的法定资料，随着资本市场的发展而日益受到人们的重视。通过对财务报表相关会计数据的分析，相关信息使用者是可以初步了解企业的经营业绩，识别企业的优劣，预测企业的未来的。也就是说，通过对企业财务报表所提供的会计资料的分析，可以评估企业价值，对企业的发展前景进行预测，从而做出合理决策。 本文主要探讨了如何利用商业银行财务报表来揭示企业价值， 指出传统财务报表分析体系的不足， 并在此基础上进一步分析了如何构建一个基于企业价值视角的财务报表分析体系。同时因为研究对象商业银行的财务报表有其自身特殊性的存在，因而本文在构建基于企业价值视角的商业银行财务报表分析体系时， 充分考虑到商业银行的自身特
4、殊性。因此，本文的研究重点为构建一个通过商业银行财务报表分析揭示银行价值的分析体系。 本文首先介绍了商业银行财务报表分析与企业价值的关系， 结论是财务报表本身是企业价值信息的载体，财务报表分析是透过财务报表数据分析企业价值的工具。然后文章分析了传统财务报表自身、 财务报表分析指标以及分析方法在分析企业价值时存在的局限性，指出构建基于企业价值视角的商业银行财务报表分析体系时的重心及指导原则，并在此基础上提出了具体的财务报表分析体系指标及框架，从而可以构建一个基于企业价值视角的商业银行财务报表分析体系。 最后通过对中信银行运用基于企业价值视角的财务报表分析体系的案例具体说明如何运用新的财务报表分析
5、体系来分析商业银行的价值。 关键词 财务报表分析 商业银行 企业价值 价值评估 Abstract IIAbstract With the development of capital markets, People have paid more attention to the financial statement. Through the accounting data of the financial statement, business users can find out the business performance of enterprises, discern the qu
6、ality of enterprises and they can predict the future of enterprises. That is to say, through the analysis of the accounting data offered by enterprises value and predict the development prospects of enterprises, so that the business users can make rational decision. This text discusses how to make u
7、se of financial statement to estimate enterprises value. On the basis of the traditional analysis of enterprises value, the paper points out the deficiencies of the traditional financial statements analysis. Financial statements of commercial banks as the existence of a special nature, so, in the us
8、e of this improved understanding of the financial statements of corporate value system, the fully taking into account the special nature of commercial bank itself. This research focuses on the financial statements of commercial banks to reveal the value of commercial bank. The paper first describes
9、the relationship between financial statements and enterprise value, and come to the conclusion that the financial statements are the information carrier of the enterprise value. Analysis of the financial statements through financial date is the tool to estimate the value of the enterprise. Then the
10、paper analyses the limitation of the traditional financial statements themselves, financial index and traditional method. After that, the paper make improvement in the three aspects, therefore, the analysis of enterprise value and the financial statements become more relevant. And then the paper mak
11、es further analysis of the financial statement in order to understand the value of enterprise better. Finally the paper uses a case study to show how to analyze enterprise value by the improved financial statement analysis system.
