11、rms and Conditions of Contract 合同条款 Chapter III 第三章c.Technical Specifications设备技术规格要求 Chapter IV 第四章d.Schedule of Particulars 技术参数一览表 Chapter V 第五章e.Attachments 附件2.1.2The Bidder shall examine all instructions, forms, terms and specifications in the Tender Documents. Failure to furnish all informati
12、on required by the Bidding Documents or to submit a Bid not substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents in every respect will be at the Bidders risk and may result in the rejection of its Bid.3投标人应认真阅读招标文件中所有的说明、格式、条款和技术要求。投标人没有按 照招标文件要求提交全部资料，或投标书没有对招标文件在各方面作出实质性答复 是投标人的风险，因为没有实质上响应招标文件要求的投标将
13、被拒绝。2.1.3The Chinese version will prevail over the English version in case of any contradictions. 标书文件出现偏差，以中文标书为准。2.1.4Arithmetical errors will be rectified on the following basis. If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price that is obtained by multiplying the unit price an
14、d quantity, the unit price shall prevail, and the total price shall be corrected. If the Bidder does not accept the correction of the errors, its Bid will be rejected, and its Bid security may be forfeited. If there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the amount in words will prevail. 算术错误将按

The Bidder will respond in writing to any request for clarification of the Bidding Documents, which it receives no later than ten (10) days prior to the deadline for the Bid closing date.
