1、Unit 4 I have a pen pal第一课时一、教学目标与要求1能够听、说、认读句子:What is your hobby? I like collecting stamps2能够听、说、读、写动词短语的 ing 形式:collecting stamps,riding a bike,diving playing the violin,making kites。二、教学重、难点分析1本课时的教学重点是掌握五个动词(短语)的 ing 形式。2本课时的教学难点是拼写:riding,diving,making。三、课前准备1教师准备录音机及录音带。2 教师准备 A 部分 Lets learn
2、 的单词卡片。3教师准备一些树叶、一本集邮册、两只风筝。4 学生准备 A 部分 Lets learn 的单词卡片。四、教学步骤和建议1Preparation教师放五年级下册 Recycle 2 的歌曲“I Love Going Hiking”,学生边唱边跟教师倘相应的动作。2. Presentation(1)教师与一名学生示范。教师问:“Whats your hobby?”学生回答:“Swimming. What about you?”教师回答后示范填写 Lets start 部分的表格。同桌或前后两名学生之间进行问答、填表。(2)教师边做动作边说自己的业余爱好:“I like playing
3、 the violinWhat is your hobby?”引导学生回答:“I like”教师板书:What is your hobby? I like playing the violin指导学生拼读hobby,playing the violin 并进行问答操练。(3)教师拿出集邮册,从里面取出一张邮票,问学生:“Whats this?”引导学生回答:“Its a stamp” 教师板书 stamp 并带读。教师展示集邮册,同时说:“I like collecting stamps” 然后板书并带读 collecting stamps。教师问:“Do you like collectin
4、g stamps?”,引导学生作答后拼读并操练:I like collecting stamps(4)教师做骑自行车的动作,问:“What am I doing?”学生猜:“Youre教师说:“Yes,I am riding a bikeI go to work by bike every dayI like riding a bike教师板书:tiding a bike,指导学生拼读,告诉学生 riding 是 tide 去掉结尾不发音的 e 再加上 ing。(5)教师出示一只风筝,问:“Whats this?”引导学生回答:“Its a kite”教师出 示两只风筝,问:“What are
5、 they?”引导学生回答。接着教师做放风筝的动作,问:“What am I doing?”学生回答:“Youre flying a kite” 教师回答:“Yes,I like flying kitesI can make kitesI like making kites,too” 然后出示 making kites 的单词卡片,问:“Whats he doing?”引导学生回答:“Hes making kites板书:making kites,学生拼读,注意 making 的拼写。(6)教师出示 diving 的单词卡片,问: “What is he doing?”引导学生回答:Hes d

7、 部分的录音,学生跟读。教师出示 Lets learn 部分的单词卡片,学生根据单词卡片内容进行问答操练:What is your hobby?I like-3. Practice学生拿出 A Lets learn 部分的单词卡片。同桌一组,每人抽出一张单词卡作为自己的爱好,一人猜: “You like”另一名学生根据手中卡片上的内容回答:“YesNoI like”两人可进行积分比赛,猜对卡片上的内容就得到这张卡片,最后看谁手里的卡片最多。4. Production学生带好纸笔在组内进行调查,互相询问:What is your hobby?调查完毕,各组派代表上台汇报调查结果:“boysgir
8、ls like”也可说出名字,如: “一 andlike”若课上时间不够,可将调查活动放到课后进行,下一节课汇报,建议教师指导学生自己做个简单的调查表,边调查边填写表格。5 Progress(1)让学生做本单元 A Lets learn 部分的活动手册配套练习。(2)让学生听 Lets learn 部分的录音,读给家长或同伴听。(3)让学生背诵并抄写本课四会动词(短语)。板书设计:作业设计:第二课时一教学目标与要求1能够听、说、读、写句型:Whats your hobby? 10、 部分的替换图,自己带作一些图文并茂的海报。5 教师准备一些名人照片。四、教学步骤和建议1 Preparation(1)连锁问答操练。教师对一名学生说:“I likeWhats your hobby?”该学生回答后向别的学生提问,依次进行。(2)教师出示 A Lets learn 部分的单词卡片和五年级下册第四、五、六单元 Lets learn 部分的单词卡片,同桌根据卡片开火车问答操练,如:Whats your hobby? I lik2Presentation(1)(教师课前在教室的墙上贴上各种海报。)教师手指墙上画展的海报说:“There is a painting show Satur
11、dayI like paintingI am going to the showWhat else likes painting? Who would like to go with me?”有学生举手,教师则手指该名学生说:“I like paintingHeShe likes painting,too ”接着教师手指邮票展的海报说:“There is a stamp show SundayI like collecting stamps,tooDo you?”有学生举手,教师说:“HeShe likes collecting stamps,too ”板书: He likes collect

13、s?A:Sure!请同桌学生依次起立汇报:I likelikes如果两人的爱好刚好相同,可以接着说,“We can go to theshow together” 教师及时指导、纠错。(4)教师指导学生拼写四会句子。鼓励学生将上一步骤中的汇报内容记录下来。3. Practice(1)学生听录音,做 Lets 打 y 部分的练习。录音内容如下:Boy:Look? 14、likes diving Woman:Circle their hobbies(2)教师请六、七名学生上台站成一排,第一名学生 A 向前迈出一步说:“I like然后退回原处,第二名学生 B 迈出一步说:“A likesI like”,接下来第三名学生 c 迈出一步说:“A likesB likesI like”,依次进行。(3)教师用实物投影仪展示一些名人照片,如:运动员、歌唱家、收藏家等,生抢答:“HeShe likes”“老师的爱好”游戏教师将学生熟悉的六位教师的名字写在黑板上。全班学生分成六组,每组负责讲述其中的一位教师,抽签决定各组描述的对象。一组描述,其他的小组猜他描述的是哪位教师
15、。要求首先要描述教师的爱好,如果其他小组猜不出,再继描述教师的体貌特征等,直到其他学生猜出教师名字为止(4)教师放 Lets talk 部分的录音,学生跟读、分角色朗读。4. Production(1)教师出示 Pronunciation 部分的挂图,带领学生认读音标:3 :,9,/3,1 ,r。带读例词,指导学生归纳发音规律。学生听录音跟读。附含有本课音标的常见单词:3 : bird birthday first skirt third hamburger nurse purplezbanana cinema brother father mother newspaper sister waterJshe sheep ship shoe shop short shoulder T-shirt fish wash3 measure television usually1 lake library light like listen long lunchrrabbit rain rainy read ready red restaurant tide river road run(2)教师指导学生完成 Read and match 的练习。(3)“摘星星 ”游戏学生分成两
