2、 外派外语培训(2/2) _PROCEDURE PURPOSE : DEPARTMENTAL POLICY SET-UP 制订程序的目的:制订程序的目的: 部门内部制度的建立The applicants shall submit to the Training Department the original course certificate and the original receipt of tuition fee at the end of each course only. 申请人在每次培训结束后须向培训部提交学位证书原件和学费收据。The course attendance sh

3、all be during the applicants off duty hours. 语言培训须在员工业余时间进行。The program applies exclusively to applicants currently holding an employment contract with the hotel. 8、d the guest and to personalise the hotel staffs contribution to guest satisfaction. 为了便于认识员工,饭店给员工提供工牌,以便增进客人与员工之间的沟通与交流, 使客人能更直观的了解员工的服务。Consequently, it is required that all staff, both guest contact and non-guest contact, management and non-management, must wear a standard name tag or ID card in

9、an appropriate, highly visible location in an upper left hand position on the employees uniform or clothing. 要求所有员工,包括对客员工与后台员工、管理人员与非管理人员,均须在着装的左 胸上部佩戴标准工牌或工作证。The issuing and control of name tags and/or ID cards is the responsibility of the Personnel Department. 人事部负责工牌和/或工作证的发放和管理。Supervisors and

10、 Department Heads are to ensure that their staff wear the correct name tag or ID card at all times while on duty. 部门主管和经理负责监督员工在上班时正确佩戴工牌或工作证。When an employee has her/his contract terminated, their name tag and/or ID card must be surrendered to the Personnel Department. 员工在劳动合同到期后,须将工牌和/或工作证交还人事部。Em

11、ployees shall notify the Personnel Department immediately regarding the loss or damage of name tags and ID cards. 员工在发现工牌和工作证的丢失或损坏后,须立刻通知人事部。If the name tag or ID card is damaged by personal reason, a replacement fee of an amount to be appropriately defined by the Management Team for a name tag or

12、ID card shall be charged to the employee concerned. 由管理层制定合适的金额,如工牌由于个人原因损坏,重新更换工牌的费用由员工自 己承担。81DIVISION : HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT : PERSONNEL Long Fu Hospital; Kuan Jie Chinese Medical Hospital) to see the doctor. 员工病情严重必须去医院就诊者,经医务室同意,开据转诊单后,方可到指定合同医 院就诊。3If the staff go to hospital during work

The manager will record the sick leave according to registration receipt, doctor diagnosis certificate and the actual time when the staff left the position. 员工工作时间去医院看病,经经理批准后,凭挂号收据和医生诊断按实际离岗时间记病假。4If the staff is suddenly sick, he can not go to work on time. The staff shall let his (or her) relative to inform the concern manager before the working time. When the staff recovered and is back to the position, he (or she) should hand on the Urgent Sick Leave Certificate to the manager. The man
