1、 西安建筑科技大学硕士论文某大型火电厂输煤栈桥结构的检测鉴定与加固分析专业:建筑与土木工程硕 士 生:尚 鹏指导教师:薛 建 阳 教授摘 要电力系统作为一个城市的生命线工程,它对整个城市的发展和人民群众的生活都起着重要的作用。发电过程中所需要的煤是通过输煤栈桥运输的,输煤栈桥连接着原煤仓和锅炉仓,它的安全决定着整个发电系统的正常运行,然而现在的输煤栈桥随着发电厂的装机容量的不断增大,运输量增加,跨度也越来越大,这就对输煤栈桥的结构设计有了更严格的要求。厂区的运输车辆对输煤栈桥是一个严重的威胁,如果输煤栈桥受到车辆撞击, 输煤栈桥发生破坏, 导致煤炭运输中断, 致使整个发电系统瘫痪。为了将损失降

2、到最低,这就要求在最短的时间内恢复栈桥的安全,既经济又科学的提出解决方案,因此对栈桥加固方法的研究和应用有着重要的意义。本文主要以某电厂被车辆撞击的输煤栈桥为工程实例,对栈桥设计的原始资料进行查阅和对栈桥的破坏现状进行现场测量和记录, 整理采集到的数据, 包括栏杆变形、蜂窝梁的变形、 牛腿混凝土的强度和裂缝宽度等数据。 将收集到的各项数据进行处理,依据国家相关安全鉴定规范,进行可靠性评价。对车辆撞击输煤栈桥的过程进行有限元仿真分析,使用 ABAQUS 有限元分析软件建立碰撞模型, 创建分析模型包括确定各个部件的单元类型,材料属性、 网格划分、接触类型、模拟汽车、定义碰撞时间、初始速度和设置材料

3、属性等方面。在建模的过程中需要对实际结构进行合理的简化,准确、合理的碰撞模型决定了分析结果的真实性。本文通过对碰撞模型的有限元模拟计算,主要对受撞击的蜂窝梁的受力和变形进行分析, 对牛腿的受力和表面混凝土的破碎进行了分析, 结果表明蜂窝梁的变形过大,并且下翼缘部分已经屈服,加劲肋屈服,牛腿混凝土破碎,钢筋变形。通过计算结果跟实际破坏现在相对比,本文创建的计算模型基本正确,计算结果跟实际的破坏状况比较吻合,符合碰撞模拟的基本规律。依据有限元软件对碰撞模型计算的结果,提出蜂窝梁和牛腿的加固建议。计算结果表明:蜂窝梁变形严重,根据蜂窝梁的应力分布和大小,可以确定下翼缘部分已经西安建筑科技大学硕士论文

4、屈服,加劲肋也发生了破坏;根据牛腿表面的应力分布和大小,可以确定表面混凝土已经发生开裂破坏,钢筋发生变形,根据钢筋的应力分布和大小,可以确定主筋没有屈服,部分箍筋屈服。依据分析的结果提出加固方案:更换相同尺寸的蜂窝梁;对于牛腿采用外包钢的加固方法,更换预埋钢板,预埋钢筋和屈服的箍筋,修复受损的牛腿。通过本文的分析和加固建议,为今后类似工程的加固提供参考。关键词:关键词:有限元;ABAQUS 有限元分析;输煤栈桥;碰撞;加固西安建筑科技大学硕士论文Testing and StrengtheningAnalysis for the CoalTransportingTrestleof aTherma

While withthe expansion of installed capacity which leads to the increase of traffic volume and span ofthe trestle, it need a stricter requirement for st

7、ructure design of the trestle. Transport vehiclepose a threat to the trestle, if it is hit by vehicles, the trestle will be badly damaged,which leadto a breakoff of coal transportation,and it makes the power generation system paralysis. Tominimize the loss, it demands that the trestle is restored at

A economic andscientific solution plays an important role for the study and application of trestlestrengtheningmeasures.This paper is based on a project of a damaged coal transporting trestle hit by vehicle.Inthe process of consulting original design materials and measuring in acciden

9、t spot, securityevaluation is taken in accordance with national relevant codes,the collected data include thedeformation of handrail,deformation of castellated beam,the strength and crack width ofbracketconcrete.Finite element analysis is done to simulate the process of the collision,ABAQUSsoftware

10、is used to build collision model,several steps are to make,including the selection ofelement tye ,the found of material properties,mesh generation, the found of faying surface,thesimulation of vehicle,the definition of collision time and initial velocity.etc.The model needto be simplified rationally

11、,concise rational collision model makes the analysis result in西安建筑科技大学硕士论文objectivity.The main work of this finite element simulation is about the analysis of force anddeformation for the damaged castellated beam and the analysis of force for bracket with itscracked concrete ,the result shows that l

12、arge displacement happens to the beam,with itsbottom flange yielding, stiffener yielding and the concrete of the bracket cracks , reinforcingbars yield. Compared with the scene of the accident, it proves that the model is scientific,theresultof thesimulation isidentical withthe scene.Reinforcement s

13、cheme of the castellated beam and the bracket is put forward accordingto the result of the analysis,the result indicates that large deformation occurs to the castellatedbeam,stress distribution and stress value of the beam show that its bottom flange isyielding,so does it to stiffener,stress distrib

14、ution and stress value of bracket surface show thatthe concrete is crashed,the reinforced bar is yielding,stress distribution and stress value ofreinforced bar show that main bars are not yielding but part of stirrups.Based on thisresult,strengthening measures are put forward,it as follows:identical

15、 beam is to replaced;forthe bracket,embedded bar and yielded stirrups is to replaced ,strengthened with the enclosuresteel method is used to restore the bracket.
