4、ndividual difference happiness interest高校体育教学应当从培养跨世纪的德、智、体全面发展的高素质人才出发，给予大学 生全方位的教育，即体育教育、健康教育、竞技教育、生活教育和娱乐教育。在体育教学 中，既要充分发挥教师的主导作用，又要注意发挥学生的主体作用，调动学生学习体育和 锻炼身体的主动性和积极性，激发学生对体育的兴趣，让学生主动地、自觉地体验体育学习的乐趣，关注每个学生的个体差异，从而促进学生身心健康发展，培养学生终身从事体 育锻炼的习惯。1 个体差异 1.1 何谓个体差异 何谓个体差异，个体差异是指个体在生理、心理和社会等方面表现出的相对稳定而又不同
