If the law cannot punish Japan, and the criminals, in this severest way, who can guarantee that Japan will not start another war? Who could guarantee that Japan would not invade another country? Who dares guarantee that Japans militarism will not rise again? Which one of you dares make these guarantees? All that I want to say, what I need to say, Ive said. Let us cast our vote now. For the sake of those who died in the war, so they can rest in peace. Please be prudent. Because they are watching us.
