1、SICENCE 新闻发布 作者:杨丽君 稿号:N20120901001缺氧缺血性脑损伤修复的分子调控缺氧缺血性脑损伤修复的分子调控 少突胶质细胞系基因 1 是少突胶质细胞的重要转录因子,在缺氧缺血性脑损伤髓鞘修复过程发挥关 键作用。有研究发现,微小 RNA-9 可以与少突胶质细胞系基因 1 基因不完全互补地结合,提示两者 直接可能存在相互关系,但微小 RNA-9 是否对于少突胶质细胞系基因 1 具有调控作用目前尚无定论。 中国首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院杨丽君博士所在课题组进行的一项研究,建立缺氧缺血的离体全 脑脑片模型,然后将微小 RNA-9 转染入脑片,观察其对少突胶质细胞系基因 1 基因
