1、摘要摘要目前，我国企业发展迅速，对国民经济的贡献度越来越大，己经成为区域经济发展的强力助推。但是，企业融资难问题已成为困扰其发展的瓶颈。因此，正确认识和有效解决企业融资难问题具有重要的现实意义。本文从我国企业的各种融资渠道上介绍了其融资现状，并从国家政策、金融机构以及企业自身方面分析了融资难的原因。最后，针对原因，结合国外的成功经验和本国的实际情况提出了一些解决企业融资难问题的建议。主要有：完善法律法规，建立企业信用担保体制；改革国有商业银行，并发展中小金融机构，为企业服务；企业自身规范其财务制度，强化信用观念，并拓宽融资渠道。关键词关键词：企业 融资 渠道 方法 对策毕业论文（设计） 企业融
