1、SICENCE 新闻发布 作者：何波 稿号：N201303056影响上肢周围神经损伤后功能恢复的因素影响上肢周围神经损伤后功能恢复的因素 目前，学者们普遍认为影响周围神经修复效果的因素包括患者的年龄、损伤机制、损伤类型、损伤部位、神经缺损长度、缝合张力、修复时机、修复方法、手术技术和修复材料等，但对各种因素影响周围神经损伤预后的相应“量效”关系的认识不尽相同。中国中山大学附属第一医院何波博士所在课题组进行的一项研究发现，影响上肢周围神经修复疗效的个体水平异质性来源包括：年龄、性别、修复时机、神经修复材料、损伤神经种类、缺损长度、随访时间等，其中尤以神经类型与预后密切相关。作者认为，根据各种损伤

A study by Dr. Bo He and co-workers from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in China showed that predictors of outcome after the repair of
7、 peripheral nerve injuries include age, gender, repair time, repair materials, nerve injured, defect length, and duration of follow-up, and the nerve injured is the main factor affecting the rate of good to excellent recovery. The impact of these predictors on the outcome varies. Functional recovery
