4、贡献。但是我国汽车产业在全球范围内竞争力不强，已经成为一个不可否认的事实，如何沿着全球汽车价值链提高我国汽车产业竞争力成为一项刻不容缓的任务。本文正是在该背景下，根据我国汽车产业自身的特点， 从全球价值链角度研究我国汽车产业集群的发展问题，目的在为提升我国汽车产业的竞争力献计献策。 本文主要结合全球价值链理论来研究中国汽车产业集群升级。 首先对全球价值链理论进行了梳理，在从驱动机制、治理模式以及升级路径等方面对全球价值链理论进行简单的概括外， 还从理论上分析了全球价值链片段化与地方产业集群的形成，并且指出全球价值链的片段化促进了地方产业集群的形成。其次，对汽车产业集群的价值链分布与中国汽车产业
5、集群的发展状况进行阐述并且指出了它们在发展过程中存在的一些问题。再次，分析了中国汽车产业集群的地位，认为我国汽车产业集群在全球价值链中处于较弱地位， 针对两类不同的产业集群分别给出了其升级的路径选择，主要是产品升级或者功能升级。最后，提出了我国汽车产业集群的升级对策。 本文以中国汽车产业作为研究对象，以全球价值链为研究工具，以促进我国汽车产业集群为研究目的，采用理论分析法、价值链分析法、对比分析法等方法来研究我国汽车产业集群的升级， 并对对我国汽车产业集群的升级提出了相关建议。 本文认为要促进我国汽车产业集群的升级，推动集群内企业的自主创新是关键， 另外加强政府支持也是不可或缺的对策。这对于我
6、国汽车产业集群的发展具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：全球价值链；汽车产业集群；产业升级；自主创新 II Abstract For years, automotive industry of our country has made great contributions to the economic development. But it is an undeniable fact that our country automobile industrys competitive power is not globally strong. How to enhance automotive i
7、ndustrys competitive power along the global automotive value chain , which has become an urgent task. According to the characteristics of Chinas automotive industry, this article studies the development questions of our country automobile industry colony from global value chain perspective. The purp
8、ose is to give suggests to promote our country automotive industrys competitive. This paper studies the upgrading of automobile industry cluster in China, mainly combining the theory of global value chain（GVC）. Firstly, it refreshes the theory of GVC, and simply summarizes the theory from driving me
9、chanisms, governance model, upgrading paths and other aspects. Also it analyzes the formation of GVC fragmentation and local industrial clusters, and points out that GVC fragmentation promotes the formation of local industry clusters. Secondly, it refers the value distribution of the automotive indu
10、stry value chain ,and also a number of cluster development problems are pointed out . Again, analyze the status of Chinas automobile industry cluster and point out that in the global value chain Chinas automobile industry cluster is in a weak position, then give its upgrade path selection，mainly pro
11、duct upgrading or function upgrading . Finally, gives some strategies on upgrading of Chinas automobile industry cluster. This paper takes Chinese auto industry as object, the global value chain as research tool and promoting automobile industry cluster as research purposes. And also uses various me
12、thods to study the upgrading of automotive industry clusters , such as theoretical analysis, value chain analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis .and puts forward related suggestions. This paper argues that in order to promote Chinas automotive industry cluster upgrading, independent innova
13、tion within a cluster becomes very important, besides, it is essential that gathers the government supports. These suggestions have certain directive significance for the development of Chinas automobile industry cluster.
