2、要的作用。目前，民营企业对国民经济的驱动力日益增强，其中民营高科技企业的份额正在不断扩大，整个民营经济在国民经济中的重要经济地位已不可动摇。着眼于未来，研究和探索民营企业的发展战略与模式，对于社会经济的健康发展和企业经营具有重要的指导意义。上海复星高科技集团作为中国第一家民营高科技企业，在公司成立后的短短十多年间，资本裂变一万倍，拥有 70 多家跨行业、跨地区的下属企业，经营范围遍及生物、医药、房产、信息等行业，创造了民营科技企业的多项第一和奇迹。毫无疑问，复星是及时地抓住机遇，发挥自身优势，进而在市场上取得巨大成功的民营企业典型。本文通过对民营经济发展历程的回顾，了解民营企业发展的特点；寻找
3、民营经济发展的途径；总结民营经济发展中存在的问题；探索民营经济竞争机理；讨论促进民营经济发展的措施；探讨民营经济发展中的焦点问题。通过文献阅读，了解民营科技企业的发展现状和发展趋势，分析民营科技企业普遍面临的困境和发展瓶颈。结合战略管理理论，研究复星集团在不同发展阶段是如何进行战略选择、战略定位和战略实施的，分析它在快速发展和扩张中的核心竞争力究竟是什么，发现复星集团发展过程中存在的问题以及它采取怎样的应对措施。在目前讨论的一些焦点问题上，如多元化、专业化问题，民营企业组织结构问题等，研究复星集团是如何认识和具体操作的。复星集团作为一家民营企业，有着与大部分民营企业共同的经历和成长轨迹，那就是
4、一切从零开始，逐渐积累资本，及时抓住机遇，促进企业发展。但它也有与一般民营企业不同的特点，那就是产品经营与资本经营并驾齐驱，走专业化经营，多元化投资的道路，使企业规模加速扩张。通过复星集团发展战略这个特例的分析，发掘和总结一些对一般民营企业发展有参考价值的资料，是本文研究的主要目的。关键词：关键词：民营企业，竞争力，发展战略，瓶颈，复星高科技THE ANALYSIS OF DEVELOPMENTAL STRATEGYFOR SHANGHAI FOSUN HIGH TECHNOLOGY(GROUP) CO.ABSTRACTIn the past 26 years or so China has
5、gradually put in place a socialist market-oriented economic system, through her efforts at economic reform andopening to the outside world. Part of this endeavor, private enterprises havemade their lift-off, mushroomed and established themselves as one of themajor driving forces for the new systemic

They haveserved to provide job opportunities for the unemployed, revitalize the market,optimize the economic structure, speed up productivity and contribute to thesteady development of the national economy. A particularly robust sector hasbeen the expanding private enterpris
7、es specializing in high technology. Inview of this emerging economic landscape, it is important to study thedevelopment strategies and models of private enterprises, as these will havesignificant implications for the development of the economy.As the first private high-tech enterprise in China, Shan
8、ghai Fosun Group ofEnterprises has increased its capital by 10,000-fold over a ten-year period. Itnow has as its subsidiaries 70 trans-regional companies in diverse fields, thebusiness scope of which includes biology, pharmaceutical manufacturing,real estates and information technology. Hailed as a
9、miracle and goodmodel of private enterprises, Fosun Group has been able to build upon itsstrengths, make critical and timely decisions and achieve manybreakthroughs.The present thesis is a case study of the development strategies of FosunGroup. It has two sets of objectives. The general objectives i
10、nclude: Identifythe developmental features of private enterprises through an examination oftheir trajectories; Find out how private enterprises develop; Identify commonproblems and difficulties, or bottlenecks, facing private enterprises; Explorethe mechanisms underlying economic competition; Discus
11、s how to promoteprivate enterprises.The focus of the thesis, however, is on a detailed study of Shanghai FosunGroup of Enterprises. The specific questions it addresses include: From theperspectives of strategic management theory, how has Fosun Group, atdifferent stages of its development, made its s
12、trategic decisions and identifiedits niches and how has the planning been implemented? What corecompetitive edge has Fosun Group established in its rapid expansion anddevelopment? What problems have arisen and how has Fosun attempted tosolve them? How has Fosun Group conceptualized and operationaliz
13、ed suchcurrent issues as diversification, specialization and organizational structuresin private enterprises?Fosun Group shares many features with most private enterprises, such asstarting from scratch, gradually building up capital, seizing every opportunityto develop itself. At the same time Fosun
14、 Group has also been unique in thatit has attached equal importance to product development and capitalmanagement and that it has adopted specialization and diversifiedinvestments to rapidly expand the scale and scope of its business.
