1、246保良局辛卯年年刊中央行政部 Central Administration Department中央行政部主要負責統籌中央行政、中央採購及歷史博物館三方面的工作,協助有效運用資源,提升行政效率,並推動文化服務的發展。工作概覽1. 中央行政 統籌總局庶務工作,包括:處理總局收發郵件、安排工友內外勤工作、總局公共地方的清潔、廢物分類回收箱之廢物回收及其他庶務工作。 管理總局設施、器材及物資,包括局車的調度、物資器材的維修保養、會議設施的借用等。 負責聘請及管理外判夜更保安員,以加強總局夜間的保安。 支援其他部門處理各項文書工作,擬寫捐款The Central Administration De

3、dministration Responsible for general office administration, including dispatching incoming mails and handling central mailing, manual support service, maintaining public areas within the Kuks headquarters in good condition, arranging the recycling of waste and other general administrative duties. 4、anagement of central facilities, including the work schedule of the Kuks vehicle, repair, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, booking of conference rooms and facilities. Supervising security guard service. Providing clerical support to various departments, and preparing 247Po Leung Kuk

6、錄、價錢及供應商資料。 協助部門單位集合訂購物品、跟進送貨、換貨及退貨。 管理及監察中央採購系統的日常運作。 監察供應商之貨品質素及服務表現。 定期收集使用部門單位意見、編印及分析各類報表。 研究增加中央採購項目及提升中央採購組的功能。 配合本局所推行的環保政策,選取適合循環再用、耐用性高及具再造成份的產品,鼓勵各屬下單位採用。3. 保良局歷史博物館 詳見文化服務。thank you letters to donors and plaque inscriptions for new service units. Rendering photo taking service for ceremonial and social events. Assisting the implementation of various green policies at the Kuks headquarters; collecting and pu

9、blishing carbon reduction data of various departments and service units.2. Central Procurement Sourcing for products and suppliers, collecting and evaluating quotations, preparing suppliers contracts. Creating and updating product catalogues, prices and suppliers information. Following up purchase r

10、equests, placing orders, checking on goods delivery, status of receipt, rejection and return of goods. Monitoring daily operation of the Central Procurement System. Monitoring suppliers performance. Collecting user feedback, evaluating and making recommendations. Conducting market research and provi

11、ding purchasing intelligence. Encouraging and assisting departments and service units to use products which are reusable, durable and recyclable in line with the Kuks Green Policy.3. 12、ment未來發展 繼續探討為現行輔助服務訂定政策及程序,使其更有制度及系統,集中資源,提升效益。 本部將繼續研究增加中央採購項目,另就那些暫時不適合以中央採購的項目,收集市場資料,上載互聯網,供單位參考;不斷審視及檢討中央採購系統的日常運作,確保系統有助提升部門單位的採購工作效率和節省資源。 本部亦會積極研究各項資源重整和提升效率的措施,期能提升行政效率及服務水平,並節省資源。 繼續發展保良局歷史博物館,以提升在業界的地位,並宣揚本局的服務發展及博物館的使命。Future DevelopmentThe Department will continue to: Expand the scope

13、of central administration functions where appropriate with a view to improving service quality and operational efficiency. Review regularly the Central Procurement System to ensure its smooth and effective operation. The central procurement catalogue will be updated and expanded regularly to meet th

14、e needs of user departments. Market information for items not procured through central procurement was collected and uploaded to the system for general reference. Examine the deployment of resources and look for cost-saving and efficient measures including the use of information technology in the provision of support services to the various departments. Step up efforts in the continuous development of the Po Leung Kuk Museum, raising its profile amongst local museums and enhancing our communications with the public so as to promote the Kuks services and the mission of the Museum.
