2、he “CARE” cards and posters, which was set 5 years ago, can no longer meet the market surge. Therefore, after thorough evaluation and consideration, the price of the “CARE” cards and posters is to be adjusted, effective from 1st October 2014. Your greatest understanding and constant support to us wi
3、ll be very much appreciated. 由于近年市场上各项打印订装成本涨幅程度，已远超过本程序在 5 年前当初所订立之价 格，所以在反复核算下，必需对关爱小卡片及海报的价格稍作调整。价格调整将于 2014 年 10 月 1 日起生效，恳请各位工厂的体谅与支持。 For any purchase order paid on/after 1st October 2014 for the “CARE” cards and posters, the price of each set, comprised of 500 pieces of card and 5 pieces of p
4、oster, will be adjusted from HKD65 to HKD100 (orUSD13). No individual purchase of the card or the poster will be accepted. 所有自本年 10 月 1 日起付款订购的关爱小卡片及海报，其销售价格将由原本每套港币 65 元调整至港币 100 元(或美金 13 元)。唯数量将维持不变，每套关爱小卡片及海报包含 500 张卡片和 5 张海报，不接受单张零散购买。 PURCHASE GUIDELINE 订购指引 We attach herewith the Purchase Guid
5、eline for CARE Cards/Posters for your reference. 以下我们再次附上相关之购买程序，以供参考。 To purchase the “CARE” cards and posters, please follow the steps given in the instruction below: 如工厂需要购买关爱小卡片及海报，请依照下列步骤完成整个购买流程: 1. Price 价格 Each set of “CARE” card and poster costs HKD100 (or USD13). 每套关爱小卡片及海报价格为 100 元港币(或 13
6、 元美金)。 2. Quantity 数量 Each purchase is comprised of a set of 500 pieces of “CARE” card + 5 pieces of poster. No individual purchase of the card or the poster will be accepted. 每套卡片及海报必须包含 500 张小卡片及 5 张海报。不接受单独购买卡片或海报。 Page 1 of 3Page 2 of 3 3. How to Purchase 如何购买 Please write to infoicti-care.org t
7、o notify our staffs of your purchase request. Please state out your ICPs registration number and your factorys name in the email. When we receive your order, we will further confirm you to proceed to pay. 请电邮至 infoicti-care.org 通知 ICP 人员您需要购买的数量，并清楚列明工厂名称 及注册号码。工作人员在收到您的电邮后，会进一步与您确认。 4. Payment 付款 P
8、ayment can be made by cheque or wire transfer - cash will NOT be accepted. When the requested payment is settled, please forward (email to accountsicti-care.org) the payment slip to the ICTI CARE Process for confirmation. 只接受支票或外汇付款 现金一概不与接受。当完成付款手续后，请把银行水单电 邮至 accountsicti-care.org。 Payment method

When the Purchase Order Will Be Confirmed 工厂的订购何时才会落实执行 Upon the payment confirmation made by the ICTI CARE Process (ICP), the appointed audit firm/the factory will receive written notification sent by the ICP. Only after the payment is c
10、onfirmed will we process the purchase order. 本程序工作人员确实收到付款后，会以书面形式跟工厂/审核公司确认。只有在付 款得到本程序确认后，工厂的订购才会被落实执行。 6. How to Collect the Purchase 如何领取订购 The factory may authorize the appointed audit firm to collect its purchase from the ICP office; or 工厂可委派审核公司向本程序办事处领取; 或 The factory may inform the ICP in w
11、riting, and then use its own courier service to collect the purchase from the ICP Hong Kong office.
