2、开关管MOEFET组成的逆变器件的工作状态，实现对输出的控制，即AC-DC-AC变换。从而得到频率和幅度都可调的正弦交流电，后端再对电压、电流以及频率的采样，从而实现闭环的控制。该逆变电源输出的正弦交流电精度高，性能稳定，实用价值高，在电力电子技术中应用广泛。关键词：SPWM；逆变器；驱动电路；场效应管 IRF840AbstractThis system is a single-phase full-bridge voltage-type inverter which is based on PIC16F877A microcontroller.
