1、 社会资本论文：社会资本累积与职业地位获得的实证分析【中文摘要】20 世纪 80年代以来,我国采取渐进式经济转型,逐步建立了市场经济制度,对我国经济发展做出了巨大贡献。在经济转型过程中,我国逐渐转变用工制度,废除城乡户籍限制,促进了我国劳动力市场发展。计划经济体制下我国实行“统招统分”的劳动用工制度,采取国家“包下来”的就业方式,企业没有自主招工权,一旦获得工作,就没有被解雇或失业之虞,身份认证成为获得就业的关键因素。市场经济体制的建立,打破了“大锅饭”式的劳动用工制度,企业拥有了用工选择权,人力资本成为获得就业的关键因素。基于这种制度转变,子女的身份认证过程发生变化,社会网络关系的代际联系减
2、弱。本文基于经济转型过程中对代际间身份认证过程变化的考察,研究市场化进程对社会资本累积产生的影响,社会资本累积是否能实现代际之间的继承,社会资本是否能对职业地位获得产生显著影响。本文通过抽样调查,获得家庭社会资本数据,运用因子分析方法合成社会资本指数,以 PROBIT及稳健 OLS模型检验了经济转型过程对社会资本累积的影响,以及社会资本对职业地位获得过程的影响。研究结果表明伴随着社会转型过程,市场化进程使家庭社会资本累积状态表现出代际之间的断裂性,社会资本累积没有实现代际之间的继承,父母对子女家庭的社会资本累积几乎没有影响,而制度变化以及代际之间的职业差异对家庭社会资本累积产生了显著负向影响。
3、市场经济条件下,社会资本累积对职业地位获得过程具有一定的正向作 用,社会资本总指数对职业地位获得有显著的正向影响,但社会资本各指标对职业地位获得没有产生一致影响。【英文摘要】Since the 1980s, Our country adopts the gradual economic transformation, and gradually establish a system of market economy of our country, made great contributions to the economic development. In this progress, o
4、ur country changed employment system, abolished household restrictions, and promoted the development of labor market. Under the planned economy system, the recruitment system is “tongzhaotongfen”, which made the companies did not have the right of independent recruitment. Once admitted, there would
5、be no danger of being laid off, so, authentication became a key factor in access to employment.With the establishment of market economy, the recruitment system of “Mess” was broken down, while companies get the right of choosing workers, thus human capital become the key factor of employment. Based
6、on this transition, childrens identity authentication process changes and social networks to the intergenerational link weakened. Based on the changement of identity authentication progress between the generations, this paper researches the impact on social capital accumulation from market process,w
7、hether the inheritance occurs between generations and whether the impact occurs on professional status attainment. This paper gets social capital indicator from relevant data gotten from sample survey based on factorial analysis, and reviewes the impact on social capital accumulation from economy tr
8、ansfer and impact on professional status attainment from social capital by PROBIT and OLS model. The finding indicates that almost no effect on the devision, inheritance and accumulation between generation for household social capital accompanying social transformation, while negative influence occu
9、rred on social capital accumulation from system change and professional differences between generations.
