1、第一期：绿色照明理念全国照明电器标准化技术委员会 全国电光源标准化中心 全国电光源标准化中心成立于 1975 年，是全国电光源及其附件标准化制定的专门机构，为了更好地与国际接轨，1997 年成立了全国照明电器标准化技术委员 会，秘书处设在北京电光源研究所。标准中心和标委会的业务工作直接受国家质量技术监督局和国家轻工业局的领导和管理。作为国际电工委员会 IEC（TC34）的国内技术归口单位，标委会的主要任务是：制定照明电器行业的国家标准、行业标准；制、修订标准的计划并负责组织落实及管理工作；研究 和提出本行业的 IEC 标准草案、修改意见和参加表决；承担本专业国家、行业标准的宣讲、解释及技术咨询
