3、震下结构不倒塌，满足“强柱弱梁，强剪弱弯，强节点弱构件”的要求，进行相应的内力调整，根据组合和调整后的内力值进行框架梁、柱的截面设计。基础采用灌注桩后压浆桩,该桩具有适用土层范围广、构造简单、便于操作、附加费用低、承载力增幅大、压浆时间不受限制等优点,经济效益显著，极具推广价值。施工设计方面各道工序在安排上紧密结合，严格按施工网络计划图和施工流水节拍进行。关键词：框架结构；钢筋混凝土；抗震设计；灌注桩；Abstract 设计（论文）专用纸- 3 -AbstractDesign of the apartment building for university students(scheme si
