1、 摘 要摘 要Newdream 服务公司创业计划书，主要为自主创业提供指导，暂不考虑吸引投资者。按商业计划书的要求，从实战的角度出发，综合运用竞争战略、核心能力、市场营销、服务营销、项目管理、风险管理、财务管理、税收筹划、供应链金融等理论及工具，对 Newdream 服务公司的创立与发展进行全面讨论，全文提出了一些创新性的思路。Newdream 服务公司创业计划书，共分十一章。第一至三章主要对创业可行性做了分析，阐述了建筑 EPC 的产业背景、市场趋势、发展空间，并介绍了公司业务的特点以及带给客户的价值。第四至五章，规划公司战略，并就管理体系、管理创新做了计划。第六至八章，从市场定位、服务营销
