1、河南理工大学本科毕业设计(论文)I摘要目前,国内外使用的颚式破碎机种类很多, 复摆颚式破碎机结构简单,质 量 较 轻 , 构件 较 少 , 结 构 更 紧 凑 ,生产率高,操作和维修方便等优点,所以在物料破碎作业中运用最广泛的还是复摆颚式破碎机。本毕业设计主要是为满足生产需求出料口尺寸:2060mm;进料块最大尺寸:210mm;产量:75m/h 而研究的。根据以上要求我设计了复摆颚式破碎机 PE250400(E:颚;P:破;250400:进料口宽度长度),其工作原理是:电机驱动皮带,通过皮带轮带动偏心轴旋转。动颚与偏心轴相连,当偏心轴旋转时,动颚随之上下往复运动。当动颚向上运动时,肘板与动颚夹

2、角变大,肘板推使动颚向前运动而靠近定颚,致使物料被挤压碾碎。当动颚向下运动时,肘板与动颚夹角变小,通过拉杆与弹簧装置,动颚离开定颚,物料被排卸出去。随着偏心轴不断旋转,动颚作往复循环运动,物料不断被破碎排卸,而达到连续生产目的。设计内容主要包括了复摆颚式破碎机的动颚、偏心轴、皮带轮、动颚齿板、机架等一些重要部件;另外对颚式破碎机的工作原理及特点和主要部件作了介绍,包括保险装置、调整装置、机架结构、润滑装置等;同时对机器参数(主轴转速、生产能力、破碎力、功率等)作了计算。此外也简单介绍了破碎的意义、破碎工艺和破碎比的计算,颚式破碎机的主要部件的安装、颚式破碎机的操作及维修等。关键词:颚式破碎机;

Moving jaw and the eccentric shaft, when the eccentric shaft rotates, moving up and down reciprocating motion along the jaw. When the moving jaw moves upward, the angle b

6、etween toggle plate and moving jaw becomes larger, fixed jaw bracket bringing forward movement close to the scale, causing the material to be extruded crushed. When the moving jaw moves down, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, through the rod and spring mechanism, moving the fi

7、xed jaw to leave, the material is ranked discharge out. With the constant rotation of eccentric shaft, moving the jaw back and forth cycle of movement, constantly being broken disposing of the material, to achieve the purpose of continuous production.The content of this design totally include jaw cr
