1、黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计I摘 要随着我国经济的发展，人民生活水平的提高，城市内部垃圾建筑材料业迅猛增长。为方便人民的生活，提高生活质量。自卸汽车在其中发挥主导作用，自卸汽车由于减轻装载工作量，提高工作效率，车厢可以密封等多项优点，越来越被广大用户所接受，与此同时市场容量也越来越大。该自卸车既能适应城市运输，也要适应城市内部车流量的特点。从吨位上看，国内生产厂家主要集中在载质量100t 以下的领域。而100t 以上的车辆主要集中在电动轮自卸车，应用在大型的露天矿区和施工场地，其载重量大，但其市场需求量不大，这类产品属于附加值极高，级数门槛高，国内厂家这方面的研究未进入该领域的前沿。自卸车本身
2、是一个很有发展潜力的行业，也是市场急需的产业。改革开放以来，我国逐渐进入到工业化时代，随着国家重大工程的不断实施以及对矿产资源的极大需要，都提高了运输车辆要求。随着生产厂家的不断增加，社会需求量和保有量的逐渐增大，整个行业形成一种至上而下的产业开发趋势，产业链能够很快形成，步入良性循环发展的轨道。就其发展趋势而言，非公路自卸车需求量增加，其产销售量每年都以10%左右的幅度增长。所以非公路自卸车行业是一个朝阳行业，具有很大的发展空间。随着自卸汽车的发展，自卸汽车不断采用新材料，新的工艺，提高其质量系数，具有较大的速度范围和较高的传动效率，控制与操作更加完善，更加轻便。关键词：专用汽车；车厢；副车
