2、： 年 月 日 年 月 日山东财经大学学士学位论文ii 3宾馆客房管理信息系统摘要服务业在物质生活充裕，服务业高速发展的今天越来越多的和人们的生活联系在一起。人们对服务类型产业的需求也加大了酒店服务业领域内的竞争力度。在激烈的竞争中，想要把握机会，保持自己的优势，利于不败之地，就必须提高整体竞争能力，变革酒店的管理模式，提高管理水平，从而为顾客提供最好的服务，最完善的设施和最先进的技术。这就要求要有一个完善的管理信息系统，便于更好的管理酒店，为顾客服务本系统以宾馆业的发展现状为背景，主要是针对宾馆房间为使用对象而开发的，分析了我国宾馆业在传统管理模式下的不足，阐述了宾馆客房管理信息化的必要性。
3、该系统以提高宾馆的工作效率，为顾客提供方便快捷细致周到的服务为目的，本系统界面良好，操作简单方便，通过系统概述、系统分析、系统设计、数据库设计、系统实施这几个部分，详细的说明了系统的开发过程，最后并对整个开发过程进行了总结，实现了对各种信息的查询，更新等操作。系统的前台开发工具是 Microsoft Visual Studio 2005；后台数据库选用的是 Microsoft SQL Server 2005。关键词：客房管理系统；Microsoft Visual Studio 2005；Microsoft SQL Server 2005山东财经大学学士学位论文Hotel Room Manage
