2、真分析,采用了基于可编程逻辑控制器（PLC，Programmable Logic Controller）的逻辑控制系统来设计系统电路。在此只给出控制系统的主要电路，并以仓式喂料机电气控制的具体系统作为重点展开叙述。鉴于程序多，故在文中只给出仓式喂料机环节的梯形图作为代表。采用 A 系列 PLC 作为设备的控制系统核心是为了能够利用以太网网络模块（B2/B5）组建 MELSECNET 网络，最终达到建成先进的分布式控制系统，既实现各种设备之间的联网，实现远程控制和管理。采用新的 PLC 控制系统，以达到高质量、高效率、高产量的目标。从解决设备选取的基本问题入手，比较了 PLC、计算机通用系统、继
3、电器系统在烟叶复烤生产系统中的优缺点，并最终选择了 A 型 PLC 控制系统来控制烟叶复烤生产系统。关键词：可编程逻辑控制器，网络系统模块，梯形图，控制电路 IIIAbstractThe use of PLC in the industrial control is getting obviously nowadays.
