8、th each group divided into1, 8,24,48 and72h post hemorrhage subgroups.The model of cerebral hemorrhage was copied according to Naths and IGF-1contents in rat plasma and perihemotoma were mea-sured with radioimmunoassay.RESULTS Compared to con-trol group, plasma IGF-1content began to decrease after a

9、-cute cerebral hemorrhage, with no significant difference at1and72h, significant difference (P 0.01at8, 24and48h post cerebral hemorrhage, especially at8h ; and with no sig-nificant difference at the same time-points during three exper-iment groups.Compared to control group, IGF-1contents in perihem
