Look at the picture, what can you imagine?S1: Lots of plants are destroyed and the habitant of animals is being threatened.S2: so many animals have been killed for fur, bone and meat.T:Boys and girls,today I am going to int

2、roduce some animals to you. Now lets see whether you can name them in English correctly.T: Well,you all give the correct answers. You are really smart. Now let us learn some new words and do the matchesT: who can come to the front and do the matches? Can you, please?(After finishing doing matches)T:

3、 Any different ideas?S1: “decrease” means “reduce”, not “die out”.T: who can make a sentence by using “decrease” and “die out”?S2: The number of lots of animals is decreasing.S3: South China tiger is dying out.T:Well down! Now please finish the following exercise, and then I will ask some of you to

4、give the answer.T: OK,so can you be smart enough to find out their common? Can you use a phrase to describe them?S1:Dying outT:Good. They are all dying out species. It means “faced with the danger of extinction” or “endangered”. Now,lets take whale for example. What problem makes them dying out ?S2:

Now let us listen to the tape about protection of South China tiger.(After listening, T will ask students some question to check whether they have got the inf

Can you have a try?S1: lots of forests are being cut down; the animals are losing the food supply and their habitat.S2: they are hu

There are five groups, and each group pick up one of the five

9、reason of too much hunting, “No trading, No killing” is the key point. The government punishes the person who may kill the animals illegally.S2: we need to support forest planting to provide animals more food and habitat.S3: Environment is so important for us and animals, so the government should de
