1、译言译语：法律英语中 shall 的各种译法现有英语法律和合同条文的主句成分中的 shall，在汉语中有很多种译法。通常被译成 “须”、“应”，有时被译成“应当”，也有时译成“要”、“将”、“可”，还有被译成“必须”，甚至被完全忽略不译的。试看以下各例。1.
