1、员工管理 董阳员工档案管理信 息系统的设计与开发 员工管理 董阳员工档案管理信 息系统的设计与开发 摘 要 近年来,随着企业彼此间的竞争日趋激烈,信息管理技术在企业的发展中占 据着越来越重要的地位.在企业的经营生产中,员工信息已成为企业经营管理中 不可或缺的一部分,为管理者进行管理决策和进行各种人事调配活动提供了重要 的依据,在生产分配安排中发挥了越来越重要的作用. 通过分析企业员工信息管理的内容及特点,提出了企业员工信息管理系统 的解决方案.系统基于 B/S 模式,采用 ASP,MICROSOFT,ACCESS,DREAMWEAVER 作为 主要开发工具进行开发.系统由员工信息查询模块;人事
2、变动记录模块;考勤记录 与统计模块;员工信息分类薪资管理模块;公司信息及部门管理等组成. 文章以需求分析;总体规划;模块划分;数据库设计与实现功能等为主线,详 细介绍了基于 B/S 结构的企业员工信息管理系统.首先,根据企业员工信息管理 的内容及用户特点对系统作了需求分析,其次,根据系统的实现功能和适用环境 对系统作了总体规划,最后完成了模块的划分和数据库的设计与实现,并对系统 进行了测试. 关键词： 数据库；模块；ASP ABSTRACT In recent years, as enterprises in the increasingly fiercecompetition, inform
