1、ERP系统在财务管理中的应用研究The application of ERP system in financial management东 北 农 业 大 学中国哈尔滨2016 年 5 月I摘要ERP是企业在信息时代实现科学化、现代化管理的一全套整体解决经营管理的方案，它为企业提出了一个崭新的管理理念，将影响企业发展和生存壮大的各个环节结合起来，在整合企业一切资源的基础上给出企业管理的决策，以最快速度全面提高企业竞争能力。ERP的核心是财务管理，ERP将财务管理模块作为正在实施的整个企业管理的中枢系统，要求和企业管理系统中的其他模块有相应的接口，并且能够在财务中枢将信息相互集成。它的对象已不
2、仅仅是资金的周转和循环，还包括业务管理、销售管理、设备管理、物资管理及其他一系列信息管理所包括的相应内容，范围扩大到企业管理的整个领域，扩大了财务管理的内含，从而使得财务管理在ERP系统环境下的打破了传统模式，展现出新的变化，并带动财务管理不断开拓出新的发展空间。本论文首先简单阐述了研究的背景与意义、研究内容与方法、国内外研究综述以及 ERP的发展、功能、内涵、特点等基础理论，随后将切入点放在对延长企业财务管理工作现状的分析，查找存在的突出问题，在指导思想、知道 方法、实施目标、实施原则和整体思路等方面进一步加强明确了ERP财务管理系统的实施对策。公司实施ERP系统，不仅仅对财务信息 系统的应
3、用以及生产成本管理、项目投资管理、往来管理、资金管理、 销售管理和物资管理等方 面带来了改善和帮助，从而促使财务管理工作的提高和完善改进，更加是对财务管理的工作产生了伟大的革命性影响。最后，对ERP应用系统中目前所存在的问题进行简单分析，为今后不断完善与改进起到了抛砖引玉的作用。关键词： ERP系统 财务管理 The application of ERP system in financial managementAbstractERP is enterprise in the era of information to achieve scientific and modern manage

15、息化成为中国企业提高国际化竞争力、提升企业的管理水平的根本手段和带动企业发展的战略措施。信息化建设的重点内容是ERP、商务智能与数字油田、信息安全、基础设施建设和数据仓库等，为主营业务提供全方位立体式的服务支撑。假如没有信息化的支持，建设具有特色的地区能源公司的战略 目标是延长企业公司无法实现的。随着移动互联网技术的发展壮大以移动互联网技术为基础的信息技术的实现，以虚拟市场、电子订单、电子采购为特点的电子商务营销活动更便捷，更全面，费用更加廉价。它就要求财务管理方面必须能够实现一体化，将全面预算、财务核算以及资金结算合为一体，集中管理分支机构的财务资源和数据处理。只有实现创新的管理模式，实现资源上共享，建设集约化信息管理平台，才能跟上大背景下信息时代数字化步伐。ERP系统的建成实施，将成为公司的财务管理工作中的主要业务处理平台、过程监控平台和信息采集平台 ，而其中会计一级集中核算系统将会成为账务信息平台、会计核算平台和财务报告平台，它们将在业务中一体联动、功能中相辅相成、信息中互为映射、应用中密切衔接，一同构成中国企业的财务管理体系的核心。ERP系统的实施，将加快推动管理 资源、流程、信息的优化整合，并实施以全要素、全过程、逐笔、动态、实时为特点的准确化管理，并在社会实践中得到全面贯彻和落实。1.2 国内外研究文献综述1.2.1 国外研究文献综述D
