1、摘 要随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,建筑不单单满足人们的居住需求,更要有居住舒适性,暖通空调工程正是改变建筑环境,增加舒适性的重要方法。而随着国家节能减排的不断深入推进,绿色环保的暖通空调方式越来越受到重视,地源热泵空调系统也以其环保性和节能性受到广泛推广。但作为建筑的一部分,地源热泵工程在设计及施工中存在很多问题。因此研究地源热泵系统的工程项目质量具有十分重要的现实意义。潍坊市坊子区九龙消防站项目位于山东省潍坊市,按照消防大队标准建设二级消防站。项目总占地面积8903平方米,计划投资700万元,该项目位于山东省潍坊市,属于寒冷地区,且施工期较短,工程项目复杂,所以保

2、证工程项目高质量运营具有十分关键性的意义。通过此项研究,笔者利用与工程运营相关的TQM理论研究了潍坊市九龙消防站地源热泵项目。系统阐述了暖通空调项目工程中地源热泵部分的施工管理方法,通过采用比较分析法,研究质量管理对整个项目的影响,并从地源热泵系统中最重要的地埋管部分进行设计优化分析,进而建立竖直U型地埋管换热器的DST模型模拟分析,进一步优化地源热泵系统设计。在系统阐述暖通空调施工项目质量管理现状的基础上,对该市九龙消防机构地源热泵系统的建造工程中存在的缺陷和不足之处进行了深度的挖掘,进而对症下药,对本工程的内部系统运营以及工程进行过程中的实施方案等方面给出了适当的建议,同时为了能够降低工程

3、运作的整体风险性设置了可靠的风险控制方案。通过本次研究,该项目地源热泵系统运行的稳定性得到了大大提高,又可以节约一定的原材料,使整体质量更容易达到验收标准,在一定程度上使得质量管理工作水平实现了飞跃。关键词:质量管理;暖通空调;地源热泵;地埋管优化AbstractWith the improvement of peoples living standards, peoples requirements for the quality of life are getting higher and higher. Building not only meets peoples living nee

4、ds, but also needs comfort. HVAC engineering is an important way to change the building environment and increase comfort. With the development of national energy saving and emission reduction, more and more attention has been paid to green HVAC, and ground source heat pump air conditioning system ha

5、s been widely promoted for its environmental protection and energy saving. However, as a part of the building, there are many problems in the design and construction of ground source heat pump project. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the project quality of ground source hea

6、t pump system.Through this research, the author used the TQM theory related to engineering operation to study the ground source heat pump project of Jiulong Fire Station in Weifang City. The construction management method of the ground source heat pump part in the HVAC project is systematically expo

7、unded. The influence of quality management on the whole project is studied by using the comparative analysis method, and the design optimization is carried out from the most important buried pipe part of the ground source heat pump system. The analysis then establishes the DST model simulation analy

8、sis of the vertical U-shaped buried tube heat exchanger to further optimize the design of the ground source heat pump system. On the basis of systematically expounding the status quo of quality management of HVAC construction projects, the defects and deficiencies in the construction of the ground s

9、ource heat pump of the Kowloon Fire Fighting Agency were deeply explored, and then the right medicine was given, which is the internal part of the project. Appropriate recommendations are given in terms of system operations and implementation aspects of the project, and a reliable risk control schem

10、e is set up to reduce the overall risk of engineering operations. On this basis, the stability of the ground source heat pump system operation of the project has been greatly improved, and a certain amount of raw materials can be saved, so that the overall quality can easily meet the acceptance crit
