1、 I 摘 要 我国的职业教育事业从 21 世纪以后进入了突飞猛进的阶段,职业教育的发展 非常迅速。然而,在这个飞速发展的黄金阶段,国内的职业学校学生厌学情况却时 有发生,不仅影响了学生的自身发展,也不利于职业教育事业的进一步开展。厌学 问题已经成为困扰职业教育的核心问题之一,国内的学术界针对此类问题展开了深 入的研究,可就目前的成果来看多数停留在理论和制度层面设计上,针对微观层面 的研究尤其是在社会工作视角下,对职业学院学生厌学问题的研究较少,如何能够 切实解决高职院校学生的厌学问题,成了一个实践难题。 本文针对目前我国的厌学高职生群体出现的一系列问题进行详细的论述与分析, 运用社会工作的专业

2、理论方法和技巧,来帮助厌学高职生逐步矫正由厌学情绪引发 的厌学行为,重新构建及运用支持网络,从而正常的融入到学习生活中。基于对 G 学院高职生厌学情况研究的基础上提出社会工作介入,设定相应的介入方案与活动 计划,通过小组工作方法的社会工作实务模式介入高职生厌学群体。首先对 G 学院 学生采用访谈法、问卷调查法、参与式观察法获得客观资料,并根据调查结果分析 高职生厌学状况及存在问题。然后再针对 G 学院厌学高职生在学习生活中存在的问 题,设计恰当的小组社会工作方案进行干预。通过组建兼具教育性及成长性的社会 工作小组,并在活动过程中注重发挥社工的组织及倡导者的作用,小组成员相互分 享自身经历、提出

3、建议、相互激励,构建关系网络,形成情感层面上的的相互助力, 借助小组动力及成员间的正向强化作用,培育组员的学习热情,矫正在学习生活中 因厌学情绪而产生的厌学行为,改善厌学对高职生产生的不良影响,促进厌学高职 生学习、生活的协调发展,从而达到缓解高职生厌学问题的目的。共进行了 5 次小 组活动,前后涉及了情景体验、小组讨论、感受共享、视频再现和游戏点睛等活动 内容,同时在不同阶段对于小组工作的效用进行恰当的评估,对于评估呈现出的问 题进行剖析、归纳及总结,并且结合对活动历程中的表现及事例呈现出的状况进行 深入的反思,帮助学生缓解厌学情绪,从而矫正厌学高职生的厌学行为。 关键词关键词:高职生;厌学

4、;小组社会工作 II Abstract The cause of education in China has developed rapidly since the 21st century, and the development of vocational education is very rapid. However, it is in this golden phase, domestic vocational school students have shown the situation of weariness, and like infectious disease, th

5、e extent of this situation has been rising. Therefore, domestic academic circles began to conduct in-depth research on this issue, because the weariness of learning has become one of the core issues of vocational schools. However, the in- depth research on the problem of learning weariness only stag

6、nates in the stage of theoretical writing, and there is still a lack of research methods from the micro perspective on the basis of national education regulations. Therefore, it has become a huge practical problem to comprehensively solve the problem of learning weariness in vocational schools. This

7、 article in view of the present our country learning group a series of problems of higher vocational students in detail and analysis, by using the theory of professional social work methods and skills, to help the learning disabilities students gradually correction triggered by weariness learning be

8、havior, rebuild and application support network, thus the normal life into the study. On the basis of the study on the weariness of vocational students in G college, this paper puts forward the intervention of social work, sets the corresponding intervention scheme and activity plan, and intervenes

9、in the weariness group of vocational students through the social work practice mode of group work method. Firstly, objective data were obtained by interviewing, questionnaire survey and participatory observation of G college students, and according to the survey results, the status and existing prob

10、lems of college students weariness of learning were analyzed. Then, aiming at the problems existing in the study and life of college Gs college students who are tired of learning, appropriate group social work programs are designed for intervention. By forming both educational and growth of group so

11、cial work, and pay attention to in the play to the role of the social work organization and advocates, team members share their own experience, put forward the proposal, mutual encouragement, build relation network, form the mutual help on the emotional level, with the help of team motivation and po

12、sitive reinforcement between members, cultivate team learning enthusiasm, correction in learning life due to weariness learning behavior, improve the learning disabilities of the negative effects of higher vocational students, promote the coordinated development of the learning disabilities students

13、 learning, life, so as to achieve the aim of relieving students learning. Five group activities were conducted, involving the situation before and after experience, group discussion, experience sharing, video reappearance and nods eyeball content such as game, at the same time at different III stage

14、s for the utility of the proper evaluation of a group, for evaluating present a problem analysis, induction and summary, and combining to the performance and the process of the activities of examples present situation in-depth reflection, help students alleviate weariness, to correct the tired of learning behavior of higher vocational students.
