1、仓储业务管理流程分析与优化 I 摘 要 近年来，随着中国经济的快速发展以及国家政府的高度重视，现代仓储物流得到 了较快的发展。仓储体系在物流系统中起着举足轻重的作用，仓储物流业已然成为前 景非常看好的行业之一。经过 20 多年的快速发展，中国的仓储物流发展已取得一定的 成就，仓库吞吐能力的大幅攀升、仓储设施的完善、仓储流程的统一对于优化物流与 供应链管理系统、提高国民经济的运行质量有重大的意义。因此，建立健全的企业仓 储体系，规范企业仓储物流发展中的无序现象，使政府的宏观调控与企业的自主经营 有机结合起来，已经成为我国现代物流发展中面临的一个重要课题。 辽宁中广移动传播有限公司仓储物流产业发展
2、势头喜人。本文通过对辽宁中广移 动传播有限公司仓储业务流程的分析入手，首先介绍了仓储业务管理的相关理论。并 根据对企业物流仓储中心进行实地考察结果，详尽该公司的仓储管理现状,对其仓储业 务流程中存在问题进行了综合的分析，并找出其企业内部员工职业素质偏低、仓库布 局不合理、仓库硬件设施落后、缺少完善的仓储信息化管理系统等不足之处，最后针 对公司自身的经营特点，结合现代仓储管理的相关技术，提出了关于企业仓储业务管 理的优化对策。包括重视物流人才培养、合理规划仓库布局、完善仓库硬件设施配备、 引进先进的仓储信息管理系统等。希望能对改善企业物流中心仓储管理水平，完善仓 储业务流程体系有所帮助。提升企业
