1、东北大学学士学位论文苏宁电器公司的供应链管理研究Suning electric appliance company of the supply chain management research 摘要 20世纪80年代后期以来，随着信息技术的高速发展，全球经济一体化和知识经济的兴起，企业所面临的市场环境和经营特征都发生了巨大的变化。传统的只重视企业内部资源开发，利用的方法已不能适应新的商业环境具有前瞻性的企业不再单纯着眼于单个企业的成本与收益管理，而是将采购，供应以及生产，流通和销售等环节看成一个整体的价值链，实施供应链管理。如何管理与控制供应着与需求者之间的物流、信息流、资金流，降低库存水平
2、，加速物流及资金流的周转。提高企业生产和商品流通的效率，成为急切需要解决的问题。于是，人们开始对供应链开始研究。本文首先介绍的是供应链管理目前的一个发展背景和研究的意义。实施供应链管理具有重要意义，它是对现代流通方式的创新，可以加速现代生产方式的产生和发展，促进信息技术的应用。其次本文将介绍供应链管理的涵义和主要内容。供应链管理的涵义在经过了几十年的不断补充和完善，现代意义上的涵义已经的到了大多学者和专家的基本认可。供应链管理的内容有很多，本文将介绍几个主要的内容，包括需求管理、供给管理、客户服务管理、供应链协调管理、信息系统管理、库存管理。在本文的案例分析部分，通过运用实例进行分析研究，解剖
